recomended diff for r32 gtr

hey guys,

there heaps of diffs out there but im not too sure which one would be suitable for me.

at the moment i have a 2way mechanical diff which i wanna sell, i didnt like the way it made the noise and shook the back end up.

the car will be a daily driver, and i do a lot of free way driving. I also will be taking it down to the drags so something thatll give me some good 1/4 times would ne nice.

would a 1.5 way diff be good? greenline sell ATS 1.5 way lsd diffs for about $1100.

Can anyone recoomend a better/cheaper diff?

mate, if it's daily driving mixed with some drag I reckon you should go for a stock GTR diff.

you wont need 1.5 way for that stuff. maybe get a 1 way if you want, but I still reckon your car wont really need a clutch type mech LSD if you are primarily a daily driver.

hmmm, i suppose.

thing is id also like to do some track work later on too.

is there any diffs that are simular to the stock ones, but better quality? im assuming all stock gtr diffs have been worn out or a close to it.

mate, just get a stock GTR diff as they are a 1.5 way - they are all you need! sell off the 2way and pocket the difference
