Turbo Option - Rb20 HKS GT2530 or GT2535

Hey peeps

Had a search around and wanted to know what people thought of these two turbos.

Noticed the 2540 was laggy even on an rb25 so is out of the question for an rb20.

Choices are HKS GT2530, GT2535 or maybe GTS-R (dont know much about this turbo though...)?? Even thought about hi-flowing an rb25 turbo, but dont think it will get over 300rwhp and last too long on that power...

Will be running with a stock ECU for a short while until i can afford a power FC.

Looking for a turbo can could stretch to maybe 320rwhp (once tuned etc) but i want good decent responce levels rather than major top end.. as it will still be on the street!

What sort of boost levels can these turbos run happily?

And last major question, with additional mods what kind of power will the rb20 make with these turbos?

you would be stupid to put one on and not tune it. dont fit it until you have ecu and turbo ready to go, and injectors id say

id go the 2530 but thats me.

will have power figures soon for u, rb20 with hks2530 and pfc and all the extras needed along the way.

boost = ~7psi @ ~3000rpm and 12psi@ 4000rpm and that without cam gears dialled in and power fc running on base map.
