Good Shocks

i got 2 questions

1. has anyone ever heard of TOKICO SHOCKS ? are they any good?

and

2. how can good springs and shocks affect the acceleration? and handling of my car?

When I got my car it had KYB shocks but one rear was scratched during compliance so I had to drive around on standard shocks untill I had both rear reco'd. Completely different driving experience, the back bogged down on accl and swung around like a boat Now its better than ever sits like a pontoon cause theyr not tooo hard but pinapples cured body swing.

so would r33 GTR shocks fit nicely into my r33 GTST or wat?
