Hi you guy down there!

I am in England and have just picked up my pride and joy which I ahve been without for nearly 2 months with the modifications being done

Just had a custom made rear spoiler from APR put on, the lambo doors, and the full Bomex kit.

Just wondered whether you have seen a 34 with these before, have searched around and think they its the only one in existance. I know they aren't to everyones tastes but believe me when I say I've done it properly. The kit I got was of superb quality and opens up like a normal door first to save buggering the door up.

Hope to hang around and see what you lot up to and whether you do it better than us - maybe!

All the best guys

that is s*x on wheels!!!

Mate i gotta give you full credit for that.... BEAUTIFUL!!!

What wheels are they? were did you get the wing? and where did ya get the doors.

I have a 33 but if i ever get a 34 would be very happy with it looking like that!!!

WELL DONE!

Thanks for the nice comments - I know its not to everyones tastes but it certainly makes an impression whether you like it or not - guess everyones cars has something that others don't like - thats what makes this game so much fun!!

The bodykit is Bomex which I had shipped from Japan.

The wing was custom made for me by a company in the US. Its by APR and is the GTC-300 spec. I saw the shape on a Celica and got them to make me one specially for my car, sent over the specs etc and they made it - the quality is outstanding and they are now thinking of making it for the liner as a result - cool! Looks huge in the pics but it does suit. Not very good pics, got professional ones being done soon and hopefully mag feature

The door hinges were from a company in the US also. http://www.tunerracing.com/ I did order the 'showstopper' kit which is fully remote controlled, motorised doors with solenoid etc. But htey just WOULD NOT fit behind the wings. Going to be using them for the bonnet and boot probably.

The speedball is a copy of the Gumball that I have created - I went to enter the Gumball and it was £10,000 (don't know conversion rate). So I have created my own - check it out at http://www.speedball2005.co.uk/ We are doing 9 countries in 4 days over 2000 miles. Its in its first year but already have 20 paid up and entered and the event is taking place in July.

The car is pretty boring in terms of perfomance - Stage 1 mods pushing out 315 bhp. Its the tiptronic one becaue I'm lazy and its plenty fast enough for anyone who has driven them. There is lots of traffic in the UK so a manual is a workout!!

Few more pics as requested......

Hey whitey,

315bhp is nice..

But Whats a Stage 1 Mod? Is that a Gran Turismo thing?

What have you done to it performance wise to get this figure, or are you not really concerned with the cars performance at this point..

Cheers mate,

Don't know how you guys define your tuning over there. Over here, tuning is done in 4 stages

Stage one mods consist of Exhaust, Induction Kit, De-cat and boost controller.

Stage 2 - uprated turbos etc, remap

Then the steel internals etc etc etc and so on

Not too fussed about the power tbh, its really quicka nd it only becomes a problem when you start upgrading stuff. Its the tiptronic so can only go up to 350bhp in real terms cause of the gearbox. Got 2000 miles (3600k) to do in July for the speedball so need it in good order!

How do you guys do things in terms of upgrading your bits and pieces (still talking about the car!)

(Pentae - that is the coolest film ever - childhood favourite!)

    • A few small updates since the previous post and lessons. I decided to do a little interior light upgrade on the 110. I quite like the iilumo items, even if they're a bit of a premium over other brands. You'll also note the Stedi Fogs, that will go into the S15 fog lights as I needed to match the bulbs since I got the new ones earlier. I hope they fit as the body is quite a bit longer than your normal bulb.  Annoyingly, I managed to trip the fuse, which normally wouldn't be an issue until I located the fuse. I can't say I've ever come across this. I had lucked out that someone nearby had a spare, but oddly enough Toyota dealerships seem to keep this in stock. I ordered some to keep in my stash and as luck would have it, someone else nearby tripped the same fuse so I passed on the favour.  I also did a little service on the 110 ahead of some additional work coming up. It's been annoying that Goleby's stopped carrying this particular HKS filter for the 110, so now I need to keep them on order from Japan. I also took the opportunity to install a bash plate and number plate riser. The plate riser is such a cheap but nice fix to help really tidy up the car. I'm tempted to now also replace my headlights, on this car. Both items were from Project Aero.    I also needed to replace the rear tyres on the 110, and after trying to get it aligned learnt that I need to replace some bushes in the front end, so that's next.  Closing out this update with a nicer picture as always!
    • Yeah mate, never miss it.
    • Any going to watch World Time Attack at SMSP this year?
    • Appreciate the correction on the "ground", that will make a huge difference to looking at this. That makes complete sense about AF70/AF71 which is what I had come down to being the issue, one of these. I'll have another look in the ignition wiring when I get a chance next week. I'll also make up a jumper wire for running that AF73 test.  ECU is fine, relay itself is fine, pump harness is fine and the pump itself is fine. I am going to upgrade the Walbro 255 anyway with a DW300 I have since I need to replace the fuel sender and I'm going to upgrade the FPR with my chasebays kit ready for new plenum/injectors/dbw, but I'll get this working first. That's why this is so frustrating.
