Also, check the 'Hill Climb Sup Regs' PDF link on the left menu for more info.

I think the address is:

Collingrove Hill Climb

Lot 100, Hill Climb Road

Angaston Rural

This is where the WRX club use to have one of their track events, wish SA had an official SAU club.

Hillclimb - cool! I opened the Hillclimb Pdf, that indicates the Hillclimb to be on the following weekend 12 June 2005.. is that a second climb or the actual date? Let us know as I'm quite keen too

oops sorry, didnt check the dates there. The one 'jager' was referring to is this one - http://www.nissansilvia.com/forums/index.p...showtopic=91758

The track is 7kms SE of Angaston on the Angaston to Eden Valley Rd, if you get lost Im sure the locals in the Barossa can direct you.

OK, from town the easiest way is as follows.

1. Go straight up Main North Road

2. Go around the Gawler Bypass and keep heading along the Sturt Highway towards Nuriootpa.

3. You will come to a fairly major turn off to Tanunda on your RIGHT, via Gomersal Road (possibly Highway). Take this all the way to the end.

4. At the end turn LEFT onto the main street of Tanunda.

5. Continue down the street through Tanunda untill you come to a S-bend/railway crossing and turn RIGHT at the SECOND Road. (you want the one that is almost directly ahead, not the one back towards Tanunda)

6. Follow this road for a while ignore the first sign to Angaston(I've oly been that way at night so i don't really know it.) go over a train crossing and past the VINPAC factory on your right.

7. You will come to a cross intersection with a sign saying Angaston to the RIGHT , follow that. This will take you up the Main street.

8. When you reach the end of the main street you must turn RIGHT.

9. Follow this road past the Collingrove Homested, keep going untill you see a sign for the Collingrove Hillclimb on the left. Turn down the dirt road immediatly after the sign.

The gate to get in, is on the left, By this time you should have a pretty good idea of what's going on!

    • So either way it is gearbox out and look what is wrong?  I know about the input shaft bearing. Even before swap/new clutch the it sounded exactly like this: So is that inout shaft bearing or the other was installed backwards?  And can some please tell me the part number for that input shaft bearing? The gearbox is small box from R34 N/A and number is FS5W71C. Thank you
    • I am yet to see anyone ever regret a quaife or helical. ...other than drifting/skidpan duties. I kind of want to upgrade my factory helical with a Quaife (but really it's not ultimately that different, and is a MASSIVE UNDERTAKING), that's how good the hype is about them, that I want to try them 'just to see'
    • D2 and Ksport are essentially the same thing and basically just generic Taiwanese manufacture. Better than ChinaBay crap, but... not top shelf. Öhlins have got to be some of the best dampers around, so likely to be a good option. It's going to get to the point though where I suggest you buy from Oz. We have at least 2x excellent options here. If I were you though, I'd be talking to KW about doing something for the R33. There's bugger all difference between that and the 32. In GTR land, anyway.
    • KW only offers a set for the R32 GTR. Popular options are D2 racing, Ksport or Öhlins. I have a D2 Racing coilover set, though I don't know for sure which one.
    • Well, the good news is you have more than one very good option for new coilovers in and around your country. Worth the drive over to KW to talk about GTR stuff.
