This adapter allows rb26 throttle bodys and plenum to be attached to rb25 head. This is a BLITZ part develoved for NOMUKEN and his d1 R34. ABE his mechanic also has on on his RB25 and it show a peak gain on 35kw on std engine and marked inprovement in response with no loss of of low end power or torque.

Base main flange, RB25 side (12mm Aluminum) X 1

・ Throttle position sensor adaptor X 1

・ Sub-throttle adaptor X 1

・ AAC valve adaptor & extension hose X 1

・ Set of installation bolts X 1

Did a group buy for a Melb/wshop only 2 of 6 left.

$1399

Are these a direct bolt on for the neo engine ?

I did some research on the Trust/Greddy plenums and they do not make one for the neo and instead they modify the cylinder head by putting new threads in it to make the R33 RB25 fit.

I dont have that kind of cash now (ok I do but other things need to addressed first  ) but if they are a direct bolt on fit and if you would be able to source them sometime down the track then I would definetely be PMing you to place an order.

Gauranteed, check out autosalon option mag two issues ago dyno tests in there. why is there always some random with no clue posting about something they know nothing about? :chairshot

My guess is that ABE's standard engine doesn't have standard everything?!?!?

Can you post a scan of the magazine article?

35kw gain from ONLY a different plenum? remember at full throttle the fact that there is six of them does not matter because they are fully open. the fact that the runners are larger doesn't matter much either, as the 25 head inlets will still pose the exact same restriction as they did before.

from a fluid dynamics point of view, 35kw gain is highly unlikely. possible on a very highly strung race engine however. if that's the case, say so.

as if im gonna waste my time on a couple of wankers, it has been a feature in 2 recent option mags. Waste your own time.

    • I can see between the water jacket and cyl 3 there wasn't a hard line of combustion gas. It certainly appears that the issue is coming from there. Yes, checked the tension. All at 100ft lbs where I set them 5 years ago. These blocks can crack but generally when they have been over bored. Mine is only 0.5mm oversize at 89.5mm. They break between cylinders around the 91mm mark. No sign of that with mine. My gut feeling is the head gasket lifted a while back when the studs stretched and i bandaided it by retorquing the studs. It's finally let go.

    • So, version 4 intake is on its way I was looking at these a while ago but at around $200 or more it was a little pricey for something that might not work, but, I had it in my watch list, but, I got a message saying it was on special, and I had a code thingie to use, it eventually came in at $120 delivered, so BAM, BUY NOW.....LOL I'll need to have a look when it arrives but I feel it will "look" better than what I currently have, as it comes with a PCV fitting, so I will be able to get rid of the alloy pipe that goes to the throttle body with the PCV fitting  Well, that's what the voices in my head are telling me  Oh, and this happened today Yeap, it was a Trojan, and it was cheap, so I headed back to the hardware store and actually spent a little bit more on a heavy duty,  one that was actually recommended by a plumber mate, a Cyclone one with a fibreglass handle that is actually rated for clay The broken shovel will eventually be "modified" into a short handle shovel
