we are leaving the twin shells at wallsend at 7:50 sharp, and picking gruntn up from the south bound caltex on the freeway. so we should be getting there before 9am.

if all us who are entering arrive at the same time we will get a spot together :)

just go to the other thread an let gruntn know you are a definate.

ill be at the caltex at 8.00 sharp you guy's should be leaving at 7.40 sharp (latest) entry car's are supposse to be there at 8.00 and the show open's at ten i think the 2hr window is so every one can get parked and stuff.

if you guy's get to the caltex at 8.00 we should be there by 8.20-8.30. 2 more sleep's heheheive seen some people have to leave at 3am or something so we should try to get there around this time.

how long do you guy's think it will take to get to the caltex?? ill be there b4 8

    • I can see between the water jacket and cyl 3 there wasn't a hard line of combustion gas. It certainly appears that the issue is coming from there. Yes, checked the tension. All at 100ft lbs where I set them 5 years ago. These blocks can crack but generally when they have been over bored. Mine is only 0.5mm oversize at 89.5mm. They break between cylinders around the 91mm mark. No sign of that with mine. My gut feeling is the head gasket lifted a while back when the studs stretched and i bandaided it by retorquing the studs. It's finally let go.
    • My Nismo 1.5 churps a bit on reverse turns when cold, but besides that feels like a stock diff.
