R32 Cluster Conversion

Anyone know whats needs to be done in order to use a series 2 (grey face) cluster in a series 1 model?

Short of that, ill just swap the dial facias if i get a spare hour. But if i can be swapped id rather go down that path...

providing you get the right series(gts4 for gts4, or gtst for gtst etc).

it should be asimple swap. youll need to pull apart the dash surrounding it(black stuff), but to get to that youll need all the bottom part of dash out, this is from memory as i havent done it in a while.

I thought they had different senders and therefore it wasnt a straight swap?

It appears to be a GTS-T dash.
