but as much hassle as mr plod gives you if u are parked they are not illegal

driving with neons on is illegal as it is a wrong colour form of illumination from outside your vehicle

technically you are allowed to have any for of illumination inside your car. Also you may have them on while u are in a stationary postition

laws have so many loopholes

Currently i hav 2 blue neons under the seats which giv the car a cool glow but u cant really c them from outside so i hav them on all the time if cops pull me ova ill say its the immobiliser lite!

as i said illumination inside the car is fine. the cops will hassle you and maybe licky you. but the engineers will say they are fine. surprisingly most cops dont know all the laws. tyhey just go on a loose version in their minds of what is right and wrong. the law says any illumination other than authorized outside vehicle is illegal except while vehicle is stationary. they tend to forget the last part
