Hoy , don't cut my post to suit yourself !:)

In context with the next line

Making it stay up is a little harder without correct design

is an acknowledgement that engineers are needed.

What the guts of this little post session is that we all need each other but young people these days think they all need a degree in something when a lot of them will never get a job in that field anyway.

Sometimes if you ain't got , you can still earn a good living by manual means.

Alex u ever see a old school 300ZX around with the plates Nizmo around those parts - one of my friends lives in pickering brook and i used spend a lot of time in the ZX up in kalamunda but now my friends have either got their licenses or moved back down to flatland etc i dont take the line up their often.

Um left school at the end of 98 beginning of 99. I was suppose to be in the class of 2000. Im 19 going on 20 in may.

true - sorry for that but that first line was begging.. :) no hard feelings at all.. i think alot of the people building the things around us.. and it does take an art.. but again, it's like anything - there's a few good ones who carry the rest of the mediocre.. i wouldn't go glamorising some guy who can weld stuff or use a spanner..

i agree with you that both professionals and trades need each other.. not sure if i agree with what you say about people not getting jobs in their fields - unless you're talking about arts degrees... sorry - got a pet hate of those "do my 5 years of study for my degree to get nowhere" people.. no offense meant to any of you who may be this type of person.. :)

    • All my Polish car culture insight comes from watching Nightride. So I half expect this to get 1UZ swapped eventually?! Are you going to drive it in winter? I'm always curious how ATTESA would hold up in the snow. There isn't that much opportunity to try it in Australia.
    • My steering lock unit on my Infiniti G37 has failed. The car is a local 2012 Infiniti G37 (Q60 ) I need to replace the unit My local mechanic said i need to buy a complete steering wheel assembly. Does anybody no any mechanics in Gold Coast or Brisbane who can fix this issue or where i can buy just the Steering lock control unit. Thanks
    • thanks, will conduct myself accordingly. i unfortunately put about 150 miles on the car before reading this thread again, however no PS issues, and definitely no turbo issues. it spools normally and still feels fast to me, probably because my previous car was an N/A auto sedan...gonna go fix the PS vacuum line though lol. safe to say, got what i came to this thread for. thanks
    • Agreed, I've never seen a 260RS specific manual. As GTSBoy said it will mostly be stagea other than the engine loom https://www.hgeconsulting.com.au/stageaservicemanual.pdf
    • You'lll likely have to make do with R33 GTR for engine/tranny stuff, and Stagea for the body. I don't know that there's even been an actual diagram seen in the wild.
