just saw a farkn SWEET Supra in Rivervale/Belmont.

white with blue (or orange? cant remember) dukes of hazard racing stripes over the top. leather interior, huge fmic, 5spoke studded rims

didnt want to get too close to the owners, i was afraid i would poke them in the eye with my woody. Anyone seen this before? (the car, not someone being stabbed in the eye with a todger)

i saw this old guy boot it into this porsche boxta at lunch - and the car took off about as fast as a .................... 4cyl camry! It was sad - i thought they would have far more power than that - u put that ammount of revs into a line and away u go - this guy was sad!

    • Despite the level up question, actually I do know what that is....it is a pressure sender wire.  So check out around the oil filter for an oil pressure sender, or maybe fuel pressure near the filter or on the engine. Possibly but less likely coolant pressure sensor because they tend to be combined temp/pressure senders if you have one. Could also be brake pressure (in a brake line somewhere pre ABS) but maybe I'm the only one that has that on a skyline.
    • Pull codes via the self-diagnosis procedure. As far as I can tell this is just a sign of transmission issues but not a code unto itself.
    • Hi All, putting the engine back together and everything is perfect except have this plug left over.. any ideas what it is for and where it goes? Is on cold side under the intake plenum *note not a stock plug, as everything has been modified Cheers
    • Sounds like a misfire. Check fuel pressure and don't even think about going into boost while it's like this unless you enjoy engine rebuilds.
