rob77 Posted May 2, 2003 Share Posted May 2, 2003 I drink at least 2 litres of water per day. I used to go to the gym a bit but I havent been in a while too busy with work. Basically you just need to drink more water and exercise a bit and you'll drop a few kgs over a few weeks.
