Dont know about the springs they are blue .... and i didnt install them - they are just really low.... my mechanic wants to raise my car 10mm but i wont let him.... thats probably the problem.

new KYB shocks - apparently they are supose to be fairly similar to the stock ones that go into the skylines.

There is so many people that dont know how to talk to chicks!! C-red are one of the worst i think .... they do try but its more about the weather than cars.

My mechanic is the best he's more like a mate - drags me in shows me what he's doing to each car ..... goes into details why i need to do this that or the other .... and if i dont want to do that then explains all the options and tells me im not driving it hard enough ;)

yeah used to be a bit like that with my ZX at first - but i tried to learn bought every car mag i could and tried to understand what made it tick ....... now i freak out guys and they look at me blankly - surprising how many guys actually dont know shit about cars - still i have a lot to learn tho. I have Nismo braces :D

    • So I'm going to have to keep ignoring the 4.7 update, or whatever version it is? Poop. I was hoping you'd put me out of my misery.
    • We have a huge update coming in the next few months, version 5 of Invision will be released. I'm holding off any changes until after this change as I'm not sure what features will be removed or introduced.
    • Yeah, plenty of air flow, there is a dedicated path that feeds the air in to the OEM intake tube behind the bumper As for a "tangible effect", maybe, but getting the pod/intake air out of the hot engine bay is worth it psychologically to me, even if it gives no performance difference, so the tangible effect in my Lizard brain saysss yessss  In the end, to me a tangible effect isn't always about performance, sometimes it a sound or a look, or even a...... feeling  Ooga-Chaka Ooga-Ooga Ooga-Chaka Ooga-Ooga Ooga-Chaka Ooga-Ooga Ooga-Chaka Ooga-Ooga
    • yeah first and reverse is where you will find clutch release issues (whether hydraulic or mechanical) because the difference in revs required is the highest there; particularly changing down from 2nd to 1st when still moving. To be clearer though, it is possible that the clutch release bearing is the wrong height. This is less likely than a hydraulic issue but it is not unheard of when you are mixing and matching
    • Quite right, if you make it to that pension you deserve every cent
