Hey guys, just got a skyline, HOW GOOD IS IT!, neways, i got a BN kit for it, with

a VS style front bar! Ne 1 know how to install these kits urself???cz i sorta blew

my budget buyin it! lol. HELP A POOR MAN OUT?? or recommend a good place in

adeliade for fitting?  CHEERS !!! B)  B)  B)  B)  B)

This is sorta in the wrong section as its not really audio related.

But yes you can fit it yourself, just need the basic tools (screw drivers, hacksaw, angle grinder, marker pen) some patience and a spare set of hands.

Remove your old skirts and get them on first as it will help when lining the rest of the kit up.

Once there on, start with your front bar. Remove your old one and sit the new one in place.

If you lucky you wont have to cut much out of it (if made correctly) and should bolt straight on.

If need be cut sections out to allow correct alignment and then bolt up.

Repeat process for rear bar.

Some people will just use silicon to fill the gaps and clamp it on and be done with it, i prefer to spend a bit more time and get it 99.99% correct fit so it looks like it was factory.

Cheers B
