Any one after;

Agreed Value

Choice of Repairer (lifetime guarantee on those repairs)

Pay by the Month (at no extra charge)

Free Windscreen cover

Blanket cover for modifications

Professional driving course cover

21yo+ with a relatively clean driving record

PM me for a comprehensive quote :(

I got quoted for a R32 sedan RB20DET manual conversion, exhaust, sound system, mags, bodykit, suspension, pod, FMIC, turbo timer, bov & some other smaller mods. For Full Compo formy as an 18yr old male was 1640 a yr. excess was 950.

Sounds to me like JCI is the way to go.

But then again i am yet to have any fines or crashes as of yet so i wont hold my breath

I got quoted 1100 for Cefzila...

Thats with an agreed value of 17k and ALL modifications i listed lol

And i listed everything that was on that car including the RB26DETT engine swap :D

inark, if you havent lost your license in last 12mths and 21+, PM me if you would like a competitive quote on your Ceffy with all mods covered, option to pay by the month and a choice or repairer if something goes pear shaped.

I went through Shannons and first few years I was around 1200 full comp agreed value at 13K, all mods and stereo included (about $3000). choice of repairer. I'm a level 1, 65% no claim.

2 more year and apparently i get a life time rating 1, so some one told me if you stay for 6 years.

when i turn 25, im 26 now I pay $680 full comp and all the rest

dude i'll probally be getting you to call me mid june to take up the quote u gave me a few months ago. ill PM you closer to the date. THumbs up for shannons!

No worries mate, PM me closer to the date with the QTE number and I will get it sorted for ya!

I am with Just cars at the moment, i only have 3rd party though which costs me around $350 a year, car value is only at $6500 though. Full comp is $1000 a year, car is a 1988 Cefiro RB20DET and im 22.

I was with Shannons for a while but for their really cheap full comp insurance i was only allowed to do 8000km's a year, which will never happen...

    • The wideband reading is meaningless if it's not running. Why are you using shitty old sidefeeds on any engine, let alone a Neo? What manifold and fuel rail are you using to achieve that? Beyond that, can't help you with AEM stuff as I've never been their ECU/CAS combo.
    • Manual boost controllers (where a little of the boost was bled off) were quite common back in the day, because they were cheap and easy. Generally they had a manual adjustment screw rather than being fixed like yours. Down side is they always bleed boost, not just when you want them to so an electronic boost controller that uses a solenoid will have less lag.
    • Hello , im new here and i have A31 home build  RB25det neo stock eng / turbo  aem ems 2 blue connector  aem 3.5 map aem cas disk aem wideband connected to ecu  355 lph pump 550 nismo yellow injectors side feed aftermarket regulator  and won’t start with base aem tuner basic tune eventually flipped cas 180 degree so it triggers on correct stroke not in exhaust cycle  Now it won’t start Wideband reads 10 and 11 at lowest fuel setting  and will share calibrations soon for aem tuner i think something is wrong in aem tuner    please if you have any information, am very grateful
    • Legend. I ended up finding the facebook account of the owner of the first car i sent but sadly he deactivated the account. I think you’re right in saying it’s some sort of well done custom job. Really appreciate your help anyways.
    • Totally equivalent. Stock often goes from the comp cover because that's where the actuator is also installed and the factory needs 2" of hose to make the connection - and it comes as a pre-assembled unit. They totally have a boost reference from somewhere between the turbo and the throttle(s). Oh, jeez. Just do it in M12 then. We don't actually care that much. I would expect any such AN converter fitting to rely on an o-ring or some other seal onto a flat surface under the flange of the hex**, because bolt threads are no intended to provide a pressure seal. unlike..... pipe threads. **which also requires a suitably flat and smooth surface on the turbo's boss to provide the seal.
