Those that saw her today would've noticed she was new to manual, but hey it was only her second day of driving a manual! She's doing brilliantly :(

As Craved noted when you guys were leaving the parking area in Wollongong, she's taking off more smoothly than sl1m :P

I didn't want a white car but it was the first car I looked at and it was good so I got it and now me and Wil have matching cars :P

I'm scared driving manual in traffic though, I kept stalling on the way home today and it was so scary because there were so many cars :)

OMG...how can you get bored of WHITE TE37s ??????????

your car looks hot in both pics.....prefer the TE37S over the black ones !!!

might consider getting a set...but I love dish too much so proabably a set of GTC Face 2s will be the go...

Bronze eh ?

If you want to stick with rays then id say 57 Pros or personally I reckon Work Emotions in bronze...

Dunno, somehow I got bored and needed a change.. Admit they did look good on the car when I had them, its really hard to find the right wheels. At the moment, I now have TE37 in bronze which I just picked up today for a really good price.

One problem with white, was that it had alot of cleaning maintanence :D... But I do admit they were nice rims, just somehow i got bored???

I think you should use silver or gold gtc on your car, would look the bomb!!! I wanna get a 34 in 2 years, and will prob use white te37 in 18 or possibly GTC by then...

Im such a wheel whore.. Had the car 1.5years and now on the 4th set of wheels :D

Practice or Practise makes perfect!

hahaha damn and I thought I was bad...on my 3rd set in 2 years...

You reckon you have cleaning problems ?? try cleaning a black car with white wheels

car is getting resprayed a different colour later on so probably get something other than white......time for a change.

What d00dz said. I love driving through tunnels.

Find yourself a friendly, long, tunnel with no speed cameras (I can recommend the Airport tunnel that runs under the runway, or the M2 tunnel), put yourself into the right most lane if its up against a wall, pop it in second and floor it. You can either pop off at redline to let it overrun before getting back on the gas, or snap it into third and get back on the power to go with the echoes and doppler effect.

There's nothing quite like the sound of a free flowing induction / exhaust note echoing off the walls. I swear my fuel economy halves every time I go near an enclosed space. ;)

Great minds think alike......

I to didnt want a white car (i wanted a silver 32) but when i found mine i knew it was right. I was also an auto only driver before getting my car. Just wait till you go back to your auto and go for the clutch!!!!!! ;)

You have raised a pretty good point bout black car and white wheels, but the effect is hot with white wheels on a black car.

Midnight purple on yours wouldnt look so bad for a respray colour.. Also on my 4th exhaust, trying to find the right note :D Found it, using a tanabe cat back.

    • Impossible to remove the housing while turbo is installed on the manifold on the engine. So I have to do it anyways. I plugged it so there will not be any debris in there. Will vacuum aswell
    • would a r34 gtr hood line up with gt/gtt stock fenders? after latch, front bumper and hinges are swapped for gtr ones? or would the fenders be too low or high in relation to the hood surface? ( I believe seeing somewhere that gtr front fenders use some type of riser for the sides, but do not know how that relates to stock gt/gtt fenders.)
    • You just need to remove the compressor housing, not the entire turbo. I would not be drilling and tapping anything with the housing still on anyways.
    • So, I put my boat on a boat. First of all, I'm going to come out and say it. Why is Tasmania not considered a holy goal, an apex that all road-legal modified cars go to, to experience? This place is an absolute wonderland of titanic proportions. If people are already getting club runs for once in a lifetime 30 person cruises to Tassy then I've never seemed to see it. It is like someone replaced the entire place with an idyllic wonderland for cars, and all of the people living there with paid actors who are kind, humble, and friendly. Dear god. After doing a lap of almost all of the place I've found that it's a great way to find out all of the little things that the car isn't doing quite right and a great way to figure it all out. All in all, I drove for 4 hours a day for a week and nothing broke. I didn't even need to open the engine bay. This is by all means a great success, but it has left me with a list of things to potentially address. I also now have a 3D printed wheel fitment tool which annoyingly hasn't got any threads in it to actually assemble it. I might be able to tape it together to check the sizing I actually want to use, but it'll likely involving pulling the shocks out to properly measure travel at least at the front, and probably raise the car while I'm at it, at least in the rear. I scraped on quite a few things and I'm not sure how else to go about it. I was taking anything with a bump at what felt like 89 degree angles. And address those 10 other tasks. And wash the car. God damn it is dirty. And somehow, the weather was perfect the entire time - And because I was on the top of Mt Wellington it turns out it was very much about to freeze up there. I did something I typically never do and took some photos up there in what must have been -10 and the foggy felt like suspended ice, rather than mere fog. If you own a car in Australia, you owe it to yourself to do it.
    • Damn that was hilarious, and a bit embarrassing for skylines in general 😂 vintage car life ey. That R33 really stomped. Pretty entertaining stuff
