My Petrol Tank Cap Dossent Open! =[

hello people....need help ....my petrol tank cap dosent open ...when u presss it neare the driver side .....but the boot will open but when u press it down to open the petrol cap it dosent open...and i cant refill and dose any onehow how to fix the problem ?

Take it to a mechanic to fix before you run out of fuel. Sounds like a cable or lever has busted or even just unhooked itself.

Don't panic!. Get a friend/relative to help. Get them to push down on the release lever in the cabin & whilst they are doing that you poke the fuel cap at the leading edge to open it.

What happens is the spring inside the door gets a dose of the sads & will no longer open the door. So you have to bend the spring about a bit to get it to work again.
