I am buying a couple for my family and asked the owners about a group buy for this forum as i thought some people on here might be interested?

I'm putting in an order within the next week or so for a bulk purchase of approximately 20 - 30 Nissan GTR Hats through a company that resells these hats, as a group buy for here on Skylines Australia forum.

They'll be $20.00 each including postage to anywhere in Australia.

The hats are BRAND NEW and have NEVER been handled or displayed.

Available in White, Grey and Black.

100% Brushed cotton twill.

Raised 175 thread count R (not crappy $2 hats)

They'll simply be put into a Australia post satchel & posted to you once I've received the hats and payment has also been received.

These are ideal for any Nissan Motorsport fans such as myself OR as a great gift for the Nissan fan for XMAS.

Group buy start date: 29th November, 2005.

Group buy end date: 9th December, 2005.

All Items will be posted directly from Canberra. Prices on this item will not change. For those here in Canberra, please let me know and you can organise to pickup the hat(s) at anytime.

Cheers Dan

WOW

A huge response over the weekend.

Please check your PM's about details for payment.

There are still some left in all 3 colours. If anyone else requires one please do let me know.

I have received the hats now and as soon as I receive payment delivery is a matter of days in Australia.

I have a limited amount of each colour left and they are going very fast.

Please PM me if anyone else requires one.

From previous conversations with you..... you are the wholesale provider of these hats as your also selling them on ebay for $12 WITH a nismo lanyard.

*smells something fishy*

This is the link r33skyliner was refering to:

It's the same photo. No NISMO Lanyard. And is $2 dearer when including postage, a markup of 11%. Do you own/work for monsta-imports Dan? If so why are you passing yourself of as a regular punter looking out for fellow skyline enthusiasts? Why the extra markup?

    • The final part arrived today to un-clampify and simplify the intake Who would have though a 1/2" hose stainless bulkhead fitting designed for below waterline bilge pumps would be what I needed Test fit on a 3" offcut I had laying around to see if it would work, and it worked a treat All going well the intake will be on its "final version" tomorrow

    • Welcome to SAU, what are you looking at buying?
    • I checked the injectors again (1 and 2, since they’re easiest to access) to make sure they weren’t clogged. Even though the entire fuel system had been cleaned, I wanted to be certain. Everything looked clean, so I reinstalled and connected everything. When I started the car to confirm everything was okay, it immediately revved up high, so I shut it off straight away. I checked to see if I’d missed a vacuum hose or something, but everything was connected. On the second attempt, the car ran without the high idle, but I noticed a distinct “compressed air” sound coming from the engine bay. Tracing the sound, I pushed injector #6 forward slightly and the noise stopped — it turned out it wasn’t seated properly, despite the fuel rail being bolted down. While holding it in place, the car idled steadily without stalling and ran for over 5 minutes. At this point, I pulled all six injectors out just in case I hadn’t seated them correctly or dirt had gotten onto the O-rings. Unfortunately, I discovered that I had damaged 3 out of 6 injectors (the OEM 270cc ones) during installation. So yes, this was my fault. Since only the pintle caps were damaged, I’ve ordered a Fuel Injector Service Kit from NZEFI to refurbish them. In the meantime, I reinstalled my new injectors – the car now idles fine for over 15 minutes without stalling. I have not attempted to drive it so far. It’s not perfect yet, as it hesitates when the throttle is pressed, but it’s a big improvement. Unplugging the IACV with the new injectors idles at around 800rpm, even with the IACV screw tightened fully. But this is probably due to tune.
