I'm getting sick of reading every thread with "I know you have it listed for $xx.. but hey, that won't stop me offering 1/2 of that because I'm a poor bastard that can't really aford to modify my car". And having got it in the past with items I have sold, just sick of it and its getting worse.

If people can't afford damn things they should stop wasting the sellers time!

Can we just simply delete all "will you take?" type posts, its filling the forsale section with total shit... buyer asks one price, 5 idiots jump on with offers well below that, seller tells them to get knotted, arguments erupt, etc.

Unless the buyer clearly states "Open to offers" I think it should be assumed they will NOT be taking offers on the item listed... and therefore the priced asked will be the sold price, unless of course they decide to later drop the price due to lack of interest.

bad day at the office mate? :D

yeah you will find this place is full of 16yr dreamers who want to drift and think they can make a $5 offer for a $3000 turbo for their dream car while still on their L's

It would be good to have the option to delete posts in the for sale sect..

Then again there could be a dodgy trader who wants to sell stuff but people might post in his thread saying dont buy it.. he could delete it

I'm sick of seeing you whinge

that works both side sometimes the sellers have stupid prices on there items that everyone knows is way over the top . so why shouldnt you be allowed to screw them down to a resonable price ? just cause its for a skyline dont make it worth gold prices

    • 1/8NPT drill size = 8.7mm. Since the hole got messed up by me, it’s probably around 9mm.    So 1/4” NPT would be next step. A drill size of around 11mm would be preferred there which is not way of my M12 (drill 10.5mm and tap M12 threads)

    • Why are you so adamant on going M12? Why not follow Brad (GTSBoy) suggestion. You're talking moving from a 1/8" size, to a 1/2" effectively. 4 times bigger. Why skip the commonly available sizes in between? The bigger you go, the more likely you are to strip the threads out at a later date, as guaranteed, someone will put a huge spanner on the M12 and really tighten it up, and you're only in thin wall, so not a lot of threads to engage!
    • Hi. Yeah thanks. Car is already at tuners and it staying there to resolve "many" issues they do not like. So it is in a good hands. Getting a good tune on that Nistune ECU too so the car would be good. Just needs a little tune up and love.
