i have patience.. ive ordered a few things from nengun b4..

but im asking if anyone actually has talked to him or not....

it just seems wierd that the only phone number he gives out and puts on his invoices is that one, and it goes to some old jap guy.. :D

he writes that number on each invoice. i believe EVERYONE gets an invoice once they buy something from him.

and it's a jap number, dont think ppl would make international calls for no reason.

i'll remove it if it bothers u... <_<

Rukus, no dramas, but i dont think that number goes to Brent, could be wrong though :)

My clutch order took a very long time also, however that said, his communication was good, he contacted me to advise that there was a delay from Nismo and threw in a jap car mag as a bit of a sweetner.

Meh, its the game we play Ash, if you want cheap parts then be prepared for a possible wait, or buy then locally.

yeah i'm prepared to wait, but i get no replies to email enquiries, and when i rang the only number they gave, i got some old confused japanese guy on the otherside...

just thought it was wierd ;o

Indeed. Tis a game... but the game can be won if Nengun sent my bits as per out agreement.

i know others and myself who have had dealings with them and i'm not saying that we didnt get the parts but if you email someone who you've just spent $2000 dollars with, you expect a timely reply not a week without a reply.

Fine you might be busy, but not that busy.

Rukus, you will get your stuff, nengun has always come through for me but just be patient.

George

yeah i had to wait for 5 weeks to get my bov's i thought it wasnt gonna come cause he banned my account and didnt reply my emails but in the end it was all good but buying of them is another story.

Hello "datzlr"

Thats because he no doubt found out you were a "business" and were buying off him and reselling the parts here at a profit.

Brent doesnt deal with businesses.

    • They're all horrible. X-Trails have had a nasty sounding 4cyl since forever, no matter what engine family it came from. The CVTs only made that worse. Then the whole Renault thing only made every Nissan that was contaminated by them even worse again. The only fun I've had in a X-Trail was having it blown sideways across a frozen Minnesota highway at 90 mph trying to make it to the airport to get out of the frozen hellhole of Hoth. Nearly died. Was great fun.
    • Alrighty, I'll have to grab a couple pics and type out something soon in another post. I haven't driven a modern X no, this would be the first one really. Yeah the rental boxes are always cheap as chips right? So I'd doubt that anyone was handing out GTs to go and abuse. But I s'pose I could be wrong for sure. New cars these days though? Pretty unimpressed with what I see now; 20 years and all that, like you said. It just kind of worked out to have these two cars now. I'm pretty pleased with that, don't need much else. I'm sure you lads are right about the temps and for sure, you wouldn't have much time to drive 'em down there if you all were like me. I do hate sweating all over the seats though😆
    • Let large companies that are making money off selling kits do the preliminary engineering for you. If they all do -10, then that is all you'll ever need.
    • Hopefully it ends up being something manageable, like a hone, rather than a full bore—it would be a huge relief if it’s not as bad as it looks. Hang in there; these setbacks are annoying, but it sounds like you’re handling it as smartly as possible.
    • At the end of the day, it’s all about understanding the odds and being comfortable with the potential cost, whether it’s horsepower on a build or chips on a roulette table. And I have to say, the Laine example made me laugh—some people really do embrace that carefree, “roll and see” attitude!
