Hey, Recently purchased the newer version of atr43ss2 (internally gated 17psi actuator)a few weeks ago. Vehicle has following mods : Nistune Dvs custom metal intake 3" with breather and returns Factory air box with high flow panel Z32 Braided oil lines Jjr dump/front pipe 3" Catco race car 3" Turbosmart boost tee Ngk-r BKR7E 0.8mm gap Blitz return flo cooler Nismo muffler Nismo fuel pump Id1000 Dvs jez tuned vehicle and was only able to safely make 230kw going from 18psi Down to 15psi. Elimination tests: Removed top of airbox and tune ( minimal gains) Removed muffler and tune ( minimal change) Checked boost leaks etc Running shell 98 I'll get the dyno graph and other details when I pick up vehicle. Dvs tuning advised may be the return flow cooler causing the issue. Any advice. I'm stumped.

I hope it's not compression. I haven't had any engine trouble or smoke/ idling issues ever. This is weird indeed. Detective work starts now.

Could it be a leaky bov. But I didnt have any stalling issues. And it's a relatively new bov?

I see a few people running the blitz return flow coolers and they seem to be making good power

Removed the muffler to test. No noticeable gains. We reckon it may be the return flow cooler. Any suggestions

Going to remove muffler to do a run and see what happens

Uh oh ran into trouble... Turbo is struggling to make power. So far the airbox has been eliminated as cause. May be Nismo exhaust or turbo. Only making 230kw at 18psi tapering to 15. Cam timing is correct. Jez is on it trying to diagnose.
