Yeah no worries. It's difficult. Try and get them sandblasted and powder coated -
Silver Edge On Black Rims.
Therealsandybang replied to joeltorpy's topic in Exterior & Interior Styling
You're looking for a polished lip? Some wheels are made up of three different pieces. It would be easier if yours was 2 or 3 piece. You could take it to a sprayer but I guess it depends on the wheel. I would imagine if you had a lot of spokes it may be difficult. They may want to remove all the paint and start from scratch Don't live in Brisbane so can't help you there. Good luck. -
Prevent Exhaust Studs From Snapping?
Therealsandybang replied to colourclassic's topic in General Maintenance
Interesting stuff and perhaps a really stupid statement or question but I knew my studs were broken and a couple were but it didn't affect how the vehicle ran. I suppose my question is if I have a permanent street setup will I have to routinely remove these studs every year or two years? -

Looks great. Raj told me what happened to your wheels. Wtf is wrong with people. A little bit of low would really set it off. -

Can some one pm me and link me to that skyline episode if possible. Can't seem to find it on YouTube. The one I find ends half way -
New items for more flow from just jap are being fitted on as we speak pre tune. Pretty concerned about sound and legality of cat. I'm still keeping the Nismo muffler. Not a fan of drone or mega loud exhaust off boost at low rpm. Anyone have any experience or advice? So far I've been told to pop a resonator in between if I hate the noise. Which sounds like a good idea.

Headlights Keep Blowing In R34 Gt-t

Sounds like some wires were switched. Check to see if your headlight wiring or harness wiring has been altered -
Hi guys. Just sharing my experience with some wheel repairs I have had with a guy named Ron from Rooty hill. I have had one set of ROH completely repaired and re sprayed: minor marks on all four And a set of factory 17" sportivo wheels repaired and re sprayed factory silver: heavy rash all four I wish I had before and after photos lying around but I don't think I do. He was a nice genuine guy who can come to you or you can drop of wheels to him. Workmanship has lasted 1 year plus so far and his prices are extremely reasonable. He usually deals with factory colours from jap, American to even high end euro for dealers. I don't think he can repair cracks or buckles etc I have no idea what his business name is but I have his number 100% recommend for value and workmanship. Ron 0401 002 419 Just say sandy with the red r34 referred you.

Just fit one on a few weeks ago myself. Was way easier than the Kkr install I made sure everything including piping and brackets were loose. Started from left to right and made sure someone was pushing the cooler back towards engine as I tightened. I bent the the bar slightly to fit. Was very straight forward imo

Have had them for 8 months daily driver. Making 180rwkw 255s on xxr18s. Good in wet good in dry. Minimal road noise. Excellent value for preformance. Please note these tyres feel like a much softer compound than what im used to does wear quite quickish. I don't do launches or punch it hard but I do a few kms in year. So yeah. Not a tyre expert. Quite happy with them on the road. Esp with this heavy duty clutch in the rain :|
