Massive thanks to Alex for today . Nismo thermostat, Fenix radiator and Scotty's coolant mod fitted. I was extremely surprised with the radiator, the core size stated by fenix is 42mm and it was a direct fit no modifications needed at all... Oh sorry except had to cut the top hose a bit because thicker radiator is thick. This was probably Get yo hand outta my valley!! Coolant bypass with extra flooded valley. That is one of the definitions of a "hard park". They love scrub, if you do not scrub you cannot hard park. Whatever floats the boat. If you love it you gotta do it. I personally think the stagea looks good with a bit of poke n stretch with such low, but it just turns a practical car impractical. Have fun and enjoy .

BAM! PADDLESHIFT. I only have one word for them... easy. Easy to install, easy to use, easy to adjust. Longest part was modifying the plastic trim. I've still got to adjust them abit more, but they awesome!!

Yup, the one above I believe is to do with the immobiliser and smart key. I think that one is a factory option. V35 skylines with our dash unsure what series it is but they have the little blinking LED in where the clock is. Sons a bitches! Sorry to hear it Cam, you need a car dog, one that lives in yo car.

That appears to just have the alarm fitted by the dealer which is part of the wing mirror fold-in option, usually the cars have a second LED above that security one which is to do with the smart keys and immobiliser. Do you have smart keys?

Small update. A Fenix radiator arrived today I've also purchased, walbro 255 fuel pump, 510CC Power Enterprises injectors and an Uprev cable. Just need Uprev MAF, Uprev tuner software, LFR6AIX-11 spark plugs and a couple more cooling bits. Then gotta save for install, fab and tune.

Yup, but HKS also have that weird flange adapter for the the turbo. But also changing ECU means you have to go RWD manual though? Otherwise wouldn't you have the change the whole driveline?

What power you chasing with the VQ25DET?

Firstly do the mirrors fold and unfold using the folding switch? Have you checked that the button to enable the automatic folding feature hasn't been accidentally bumped? Does it have a japanese dealer fitted alarm? Is the alarm working? Usually the folding mirror box is located under the steering column mine was plugged into the alarm box, first thing I would do is check the scotch locks, on everything fitted by the japanese. Motion disable, folding mirror feature. You haven't mentioned if the head unit is actually getting power? Is it turning on? Since this is all happening at once sounds like a ground issue/loose connection? In the series 2 with the climate control going full ball and AC on lowest is usually caused by a flat cable that connects the front panel to the bose unit which is passed through to the cars loom. So if the bose unit isn't getting power correctly, I suppose an issue like this would occur. Who replaced the head unit?

+1 If you have the cash now, I've seen some built engines for sale $6000 to $7000.... kinda cheap. Probably a better option than building yourself.
