If you look at PNmad's thread, when he boosted he found that he actually lost power with the 5/16" spacer. http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/topic/379412-pnm35-build-thread/page-19 I also believe alot of G35 owners have found similar issues and have gone a thicker spacer?

I don't think it's the 200kw limit, its the power to weight ratio. A series 2 M35 is p plate legal, as it's not mentioned in the RTA prohibited vehicle list. An SV6 wagon isn't restricted nor is the sedan they are 210kw? What Scott said farkem, no one can stop you buying what you wanna buy. One thing I can give advise on if you do end up buying it, make sure you get in writing that any insurance you take will cover any driver that drives the car.

There is nothing wrong with buying a car with higher KMs... Hell you might even get a car cheaper because higher kms look at things like Alex said, consumables! Don't think the dealer/compliance people replaced when it came in, they won't, unless it's extremely obvious that it's worn or broken. One thing to check is to see if the CD changer works, these things are getting old and the laser's in them are failing due to age, also alarm check if that works otherwise most people rip em out. My PNM35 has over 140k on it and two other people on the forum have driven it and find it fine.

Read somewhere you live around the northern beaches? Can't believe I haven't spotted you yet, I live in Collaroy before was Brookvale. All I can really put some money into and expect better gains is in handling, which was all I was trying to say.
