  1. Concerned that the factory b o valves will leak under 20 to 30 lb boost. have heard that one can rectify this, how i don't know? obvious fix would be use after market plumback valves, Two questions , will they leak , can u fix . What are good after market valves to suit high hp-800?
  2. All very interesting. The comment about a ppg being crap based on some ones oppinion that the gear sets were imperfect is a little hard , particularly as they were never installed and put through their paces! PPG what doe's this stand for, Pfitzner - performance gears, satirical question if it's correct. The general concensus on the PPG appears to be that they are not bad at all and affordable to the average ( keen ) man on the street ( not draging , it's an expression only ). Ok the Hollinger seems to be the "Ducks nuts " but ut should be for the $$$. The TRUST box. Six speed - H pattern, likes revs and not torque ? Any of the above box's behind 700 horses of torque , rb 30 bottom end or simmilar 3.0ltr or bigger torque characteristics? Wonder how the Trust would handle that against the PPG ?

  6. Gentlemen, i will be running around 850 hp at crank. RB30 bottom end and 26 head with extensive mods to both, Innovative turbo etc etc.. The chap with Purple 32 and a dog box for sale has already contacted me and we are still talking. Mashrock i contacted you 3 weeks ago about your box but you replied that it was not for sale at the time. Now you guys will all hate me for this but i am staryting to lean towards some engineering fabriction time and putting a bullet proof tricked up 2 speed behind it and maintain the 4wd aspect. It appears that it costs alot for gearbox's that still BREAK, i only want for strip not track. If you still talking to me , any one with experience here? I saw Mick featured in ZOOM mag with a two speed, any one know how i can get hold of him for advice. Still not sure exactly what direction to go in. Simply looking for bullet proof performance.
  7. OK gentlemen , your oppinions on a fuel set up to support 850 hp at the crank. I require info on setting up from the tank to the rail. What line goes to what, surge/swirl tank and pump locations, fuel filters , regulator. If one has twin 044 pumps , how doe's one set uplines , 2 into one reg and the into rail. Twin pumps , have intank feed pot then to 2 pumps via y piece, have one pump running all the time and the other being activated via hobb switch say @ 20 psi? Need the whole set up clarrified as setting up in the next few days . All input appreciated.

  9. Cheapest to the dearest , that being the Hollinger the dearest ? OK forget costs, what about best reliability and best rep for the money.
  10. $260.00 for what a GTR , if so where do you get them for that much , that's cheap. It is simlpe as this ,why risk using cheaper studs and risk all the other work you have done . do not re use your old bolts!
  11. Have contacted various gearbox engineers to no avail, any one have or know of where i can get a 'tuff box to suit a GTR r32 ? I hear that the OS giken and Trust box's are not that good ?
  12. Well well. That was all very interesting. It was over six months ago when i started the thread, i went the wolf and had minimal problems that a good tune did not fix. I did find that a number of tuners did not like them or would tune reluctantly, why this attitude , i shall leave to your imagination. I am now doing a major up grade to my GTR and wondering if i should stay with the wolf or go the Apexi D- jetro, mainly going to drag the car but will occasionally be on the street. Any experiences with the D- Jetro any one. Ken you mentioned Anthony is running one , any info ?
  13. Genuinly a perfectly good runner,! No sump, No head, straight out of my car , doing a RB30 conversion. Complete means bolt on a head and sump and your away. .[/ BLOODY GOOD ENGINE Want out of my shed ,limited space , sensible offer between $1000 and $1500 MUST GO PERTH Sold

  16. Theottle bodies sold for $375 by them selves and no it doe's not come with injectors! RB 25 , do a search. For i do not Know.
  17. As above , change in direction, has a RB 26 GTr R32 tune , 425 hp atw. Comes with soft ware and cables. $1000.00
  18. Clutch has lightened fly wheel and 75-80% left, rated @1000 hp. Out of my GTR R32. Doing major up grade, larger main shaft Pffizner box, hence different clutch. Who ever buys will be happy. $1000.00 ono SOLD-- Thanks chaps. ]PERTH WA
  19. i want to get my box beefed up. An engineering company asked me the question above , so it could be done becauase they have a kit fore the 3.0ltr skyline ? I want a tough g box , pfizzer is the go but a lot moiney. Any alternatives
