Don't bother with 16's. Not much cost saving. Should get a set of 33 GTR rims, lip the guards and get 235 or maybe even 245. They're forged and quite light, probably lighter than most. I think I weighed them at about 11kg's? I had to pump my guards a bit to make 245's fit. Should get some for about a grand. sometimes less. With semi's are you willing to spend $2k or just like $900- $1k for KU's / RS-R's? I can recommend starting with 2nd hand semi's.

Battles look awesome. ABC may be a struggle for some. Especially if they've had ABC's the night before.

The legs where it bolts to the hub are longer to accomodate the larger rotor. They can be found pretty cheap. Simple upgrade.
