It took about 78 man hours I think. 3 guys, 2 x 12hr days this weekend and about another 4 hours the first time to get the main hoop, front legs and windscreen bar in.

I'd look at areas around Doncaster East. Donvale, lower templestowe, box hill north, blackburn, nunawading etc. Although they are starting to get drug money for those areas too. There is a big influx of asian money coming in which is driving prices up. (Not being racist here, just the facts)

I'm in donny east. Good area in my books. We got broken into in 2000 but you have those risks everywhere. I went to school in blackburn but don't have kids so I haven't looked at that side of thing. I know people that use doncaster park and ride. Seems like a good thing if you get there early. Good luck finding a place for a decent price though. I read that last year East Doncaster had the highest growth in melbourne for the last part of 2009. I was thinking more of entry fee plus fuel, tyres, fluids, brakes etc. I think 6 x 15min sessions at superlap will give me enough of a chance to have a good crack at it. Not really worth the extra day for me. Are you staying at the chifley as well?

What you need to know is that you can still get defected for having a half cage only if it is registered as a 4 or 5 seater. My car is now registered as a 2 seater with a brown davis half cage so is not a problem

Yeah launch control every time. holds 3600 rpm. Even though it's known as a launch control it's more of a static rev limit coz when you go over 10kph it disengages and you wheel spin starts. At calder I didn't have much of an issue with wheel spin coz it's pretty grippy.

I have an 03 YZF450. Also had an '04 CRF250 but sold that after about 2 months coz it would wear out valves in about 2 hours. Piece of crap. And a 97 KDX200 was my first bike. Lots of 2 strokes in there!

Yeah I run semi's on the 32 for circuit work. It's quite suprising but standard exhaust is good for 320rwkw's apparently. Cat would probably have to change I imagine. Sandeep. Drags is all about weight transfer but if that weight transfer causes negative camber then that's a problem. Standard susp is pretty good for 1/4 mile stuff. I Highly doubt that!

Yep. trying to resist modifying it. Need to be lower and a little louder. Maybe wheels and that'll be if for a while. Eventually I will though then it'll be doing 12s. Next trip to the drags will be in the 32 shooting for a 12.8 with standard suspension.
