  1. Any examples of fuel line being restrictive at 350 kw? Stao is using stock lines. Seems fine
  2. Different states have different requirements. No way in Sa will coilovers get through an inspection.

  4. Yep. But the consequence of it getting damaged could be huge. I just wanted to make the point it's certainly not as simple as whacking on a fuel cooler. What would be great is a heat exchanger setup, with coolant pumped through a cooler in the fuel tank, then through an external cooler. If it gets damaged only coolant pisses out, car doesn't burn..... but that's in my too hard basket.
  5. Yes. Not being tuned is the blatantly obvious reason why it runs like crap. Coupled with crap turbo. And potential damage caused by your mad over boost sessions. Putting stock turbo back on would make your life very easy.
  6. First I've heard of it being refered to as a reverse plenum. If you put it for sale as a forward facing plenum you will likely get more interest.
  7. My 3 inch exhaust is under 90 db and flows 305 rwkw at the moment. (I think it was 86 at the revs they check here in sa.) Hooker aero chamber centre muffler and a Berklee straight through at the back. No drone ever.
  8. Stock is elegant . Fast is not elegant. Keep rolling the elegant skyline dude.
  9. The rear muffler is massive and likely restrictive. Better option would be buy a similar but good rear muffler and use that. Of course you could get the centre muffler removed and see how that goes, but your car won't go hard untill you get a decent turbo and exhaust. Better option don't bother.
  10. The only issue with a fuel cooler is mounting it in a suitably safe and protected way. Takes a bit more planning than an oil cooler etc.
  11. First post he mentioned he already has t clamps. And it's an rb25. So no hard pipe kit required or available.

  13. Did you do as GTSBoy suggested and check the ecu plug? Or check the voltage at the ecu pin?
  14. Has the pipe got a lip on it? If it doesn't that'd be your problem. Run a bead of weld on it.
  15. And I'm curious why your pads aren't up to a slotted rotor and what the heat shield you are referring to is.
  16. Plug up the pcv fitting in the plenum until you get it all plumbed correctly. As it is it will be drawing unmetered air. As suggested look at how they should be plumbed.
  17. T3/t4 also makes no sense. Look into getting a decent turbo.

  20. Would be interesting but I don't think it will ever happen. I can't see 2 people having an identical setup (except gate position) to compare, or someone swapping gate position just to compare.
