  1. Just be careful with any lowering or non-height adjustable sets. When I got the car, it set at 6cm off the ground. Even once adjusted to the legal 10cm, the front lip scraped everywhere. I'm at around 11.5cm and still get the occassional scrape.

  3. I went through the same predicament as you a few months back - trying to get better results out of -5's. Any chance your intercooler is a restriction? I changed mine to a thicker core and got better response and top end power.
  4. Get the build number and post it on a topic called "VINS FASTed". FAST is Nissan's database and will say exactly what the car was when it left the factory.
  5. Tein Superstreets should be the easiest solution and sell your existing if you can.
  6. Depending on the condition of your existing engine and the kind of drive you want, you can get 440hpatw without opening the engine up. Just depends how much you want to thrash it, if its going on the track or what kind of response you want. Are you looking to get everything done in WA? There are a number of great shops around -I'll plug Elite Racing Developments any day. I have custom intake piping (in my opinion looks better than the HKS stuff since I didn't want bling), bigger Intercooler, Fuel pump, fuel reg, good exhaust, a pair of -5's, cam gears, cams and binned AFM's - vipec ECU. My power is above 440hpatw. If you have a much higher power figure in mind or a steep response curve in mind, then yes, stroker/the correct turbo combination, is the way to go.
  7. I've got a standard airbox and snorkel if you want. PM me with an offer. I'm in Brisbane too.
  8. Is the titanium work being done locally and if so, where?
  9. Its definitely worth the drive to Dan at ERD (www.erd.com.au) at Stapylton or PM him: Dan
  10. I have the same cams 272 9.7mm. Shims were required. Dan from ERD did all the work of measuring and ordering the right sizes.
  11. Difficult to tell. Power figure seems a bit impressive. Potentially, it has an accident history.
  12. Sweeeeeet
  13. Only thing I had was the dodgy hose thing mentioned above and coil packs.
  14. Reason for sale?
  15. Theres an MFD diagnostic you can do (search and you will find). It will tell you if a sensor is faulty first. Failing that, try and ECU diagnostic assuming its standard. The Nissan error codes are pretty good.
  16. Check the boost sensor hose. Mine developed a split and started leaking.
  17. Shouldn't need any with that list. The adjustable cam gears dialled right will get you a good result.
  18. If you do want to import, get your broker to look here: here First one is really close to what I got (3 years ago but not too modified).
  19. Talk to Noy for Midnight Purple 3. Mine got quoted at around $900/L - Midnight Purple 2
  20. Pm me if you want cams
  21. The workshop you've indicated in your link is one of the highly regarded places in Japan to buy GTR's from. All of the cars there are rigorously checked and maintained. That's why I got my car from there.
  22. Bump
