  1. are they dropping down from a tree that you park under? I have a grass hopper problem. The plague has hit, and they are in every crevis you could possibly imagine.

  3. make sure that the wires you cut are well insulated.
  4. Quite possibly. Check the Flasher unit, next thing I would be looking at is the hazard light switch.
  5. feni, You need to fit a solenoid if you want electric boot release. Sumo

  8. Use a multimeter to stab the power wires. Dont use a test light as the drag to many amps and if I recall one of the SAFC wires goes to the ECU? They are sensitive to voltage spikes.

  11. Do those bonnet locks really work or are they there for show?
  12. Yeah I know the space you mean. I was told that these locks can vibrate down, so really you need to try and hold it up some how. Sumo
  13. nice work, i never even thought of that
  14. sparky should be able to fix it up no worries... I doubt that you could buy that wiring unless you went scavenging through a wreckers yard Sumo
  15. Although I dont go much on the styling, That thing would be an absolute ball tearer.

  17. Thanks for the heads up mate.... So that was just a result of the timing unit not being spaced since there was no cover? No other problems then that? Sumo
  18. my 33 boot is also blanked out so you cannot open it with a key... all I need is someone to muck with that little lock out lever and I would be in the same dilemma. I like the idea of having an electric soleniod in there like the commodores - and being able to operate it with a remote hanging off your keys. Sumo
  19. Blind_elk is on the money..... Dont remove it, it is ok to replace it tho
  20. bugger that, I was only thinking when I get sick of my car, I might do it up for a 1/4mile car or circuit car. Sumo
  21. Sumo

  24. Give us some more info.... did you get a kit with pipes already bent, or are you oing to fit it up and go away and get the pipes bent? Which ever way, If its your first time fabricating I would make sure you leave some clearance between the start and ends (dont make it to tight) and use the silicone hose to join it.
