Best theft deterrent ever. Just chuck your wheel underneath your seat when you leave your car.. If I didn't have an airbag wheel I'd get one ASAP.

Okay I should've cleared up my posts... the noise is due to the aftermarket BOV (what I meant), not coming directly from it

You can't - the flutter noise comes from the BOV.

The exit of the BOV (circled in red) should have a hose going from it back into the intake pipe (the large pipe which the air filter is connected to)

Plumb it back so the air expelled from the BOV gets fed back into the air intake.

Heavy for a hatch of 10 years ago. Normal for a hatch released since 2000. Around 1400kg.

Goto http://www.powerplayimports.com.au and ask them to order it direct from Japan for you. Bet you get turned off by the price in the end though

No, it's front wheel drive. Less tempremental reliability then yes. But it's the perfect car when it comes to the mixture of chassis, handling bits and performance.

Why? I'm only quoting the article and I've driven a FWD turbo car extensively (notorious Saab 9-3 Turbo) and torque steer is a problem.

Sir-D - you just had your AFM replaced - this would help fuel economy somewhat.

The Impreza is painfully slow and it won't be as well put together as the IS. It's 0-100 is close to 10 seconds and that's slower than the IS200 for sure. The IS would also be much nicer inside and it also looks nicer than the bugeye 02 Impreza. Unless you have a huge wanting to go AWD I wouldn't choose the Impreza.

I would NOT get the Impreza. IS200 is nice but again, a bit on the slow side.
