John, You should have the flywheel machined with any new clutch install, however have it done on a flywheel grinding machine rather then a regular lathe.

Gary, DOHC RBs use essentially the same timing belt set-up as CA18DE(T) so you'll find it to be a fairly straight forward job.

The two set-ups (HICAS and non) use difference front cross members therefore it's irrelevant if you HICAS has been removed; you'll need a pair of Nismo 11220-RSR40.

An adjustment of the clutch pedal should work a treat. It's a simple job, and done by undoing the clutch pedal pushrod locking nut (at the back of the clutch peal) with a small spanner (14mm from memory) and rotating the rod with a pair of pliers. I'd suggest each rotation only be a turn or two, than check that the pick-up is moving in the direction you desire. Once you've found the sweet spot tighten the locking nut back up and you're done.
