    Thanks. Yeah I got around half way removing the breather pipe and all the little rubber pipes on the back weren't budging, didn't want to break them. I found a few photos of people doing it with the breather pipe connected, so I might give that a go first.

    On a side note, does anyone know if it's possible to change the spark plugs on an R34 GT-T without removing the breather pipe? I got to that stage but there are like 100 little pipes connecting to it making it quite annoying to remove. The pipes also look flimsy, so don't want to break anything.

    Steer clear of Lenovo laptops, they are awful. Very flimsy plastic, keyboard and trackpad are unusable to get work done, screen quality is very blurry etc etc. If you're in the $1k - $2k range I'd recommend something by Asus, above $2k I'd recommend the Microsoft Surface. That's for Windows laptops anyway, which still don't come close to a Macbook Pro in terms of overall build quality, reliability, screen quality and the best trackpad known to man.

    Attempted this last weekend but didn't want to break any of the hoses. Definitely a lot more steps to removing the breather pipe towards the back, there's around 5 rubber hoses that are quite fragile. Anyone have tips for removing the breather pipe and hoses near there?

    R34 GTT Traction Control, SLIP and Engine light on Hi guys, A few days ago when I was driving I noticed that the Traction Control OFF, SLIP and Engine Light had all turned on all of a sudden. The car didn't drive any differently (no miss-fires, performance loss or anything) so it seems something else is up. I disconnected the battery and re-connected it which temporarily stopped the issue for a few minutes (this was after a cold start however), but now it's back. Any ideas what it could be? I've done some research and some people are saying throttle bottle (I've checked the cables), coil packs (these were brand new only a few years ago) and a few other things, but there is no definite answer. How can I go about getting this fixed? I don't want to fork out $500 on coil packs only for it to not be the issue. Thanks! Picture for reference:

    I've already registered for this event but don't have a CAMS license yet. Do I just register through the CAMS website if I want to get the L2S license instead?

    Well Australia Post had completely screwed up my delivery for brake pads which I was going to pick up Friday, now I have to wait until Monday to get them, so couldn't change the brakes anyway. After looking at the rear brake discs they definitely need to be changed, so will have to do a full overhaul. The only free time I have is on next Friday and have a track day the next day at Sandown... is that too risky / any issues with doing a full replacement and having a track day the next day?

    Is there really no where that stocks R34 GTT brakes to pickup on weekends? Should I wait until next week and change the pads at the same time or just use my current rotors with the new pads?

    Sorry that's meant to be SR not type D. Should be fine for street and occassional track use.

    Thanks guys. As already mentioned I have a set of Intima Type D pads and also have some Dot 4 Super brake fluid. Can someone link me the product I need exactly from a website like Supercheap auto?

    R34 GTT front brake disc recommendations Hi guys, I'm looking to pick up a set of front brake discs for my R34 GT-T this weekend but I'm unsure which ones to go for. Budget is set to around $200 for the front brakes. I have 18" wheels with stock calipers. Would prefer something slotted. Can anyone recommend me which ones to get from a store I can pickup on Saturday? (ie: Supercheap, Autobarn or Repco). Thanks

    Funnily enough someone who works there owns an R34 GTT that I see when I drive past. I went to them a few years ago to get an alignment for my car. I had the specifications as they were hard to find and the response I received was "thanks we'll work it out". Ended up getting the car back with the tune wayyyy off. They made my car look like one of those stance cars with the amount of camber added, was maxing out the camber bolts. Won't be going there again :\

    Hey guys, I currently have for sale an R34 GTT Series 1 front REO. This includes the main REO, middle bar and headlight brackets which are attached. Pickup in Melbourne (Hawthorn) or you're free to arrange a courier. I'll be moving soon so it would be great to move this piece quickly. Looking for around $180 (I paid $220 + postage earlier this year). It's in great condition. Thanks!
