OBD = On Board Diagnostic OBD2 is only used in the US and is not a part of JDM Models. Hence ALL Nissan's with the Consult Port are the same. Weather it be an R32 GTR or R34 GTR or S15 Silvia. -

all late model Nissans have a Consult Port so yes your R34 GTR will MOST DEFINATELY have it -
Physically the bonnets are the same dimensions. You'll still need the hinges and the latches etc... to make it fit properly

The GTR Bonnet will fit on the car however the locks and hinges are different so you would need to fit GTR hinges, GTR bonnet lock and GTR lock panel (for the radiator support). Also the GTR bonnet will ONLY fit the Series 1 as the headlight shape is the same. It WILL NOT fit a Series 2.
