3rd. The Dyno operator did the run in 3rd for a reason unknown to me... I mean I'm not overly experienced with dyno's as we don't use them but I was under the impression dyno runs were meant to be performed in a 1:1 gear ratio... hence 5th in an R34 GTR

Duncan, Give me a call and I'll put you in contact with the same guy who built John White's Transfer cases for the Targa Tas N1. He knows what he's doing and said that he and John both didn't like the amount of slip the STD Transfer Case has and he was able to modify the clutch basket to give it better and "surer" drive to the front wheels. Honestly you're best of sending it to him and asking for a "John White Special" hahaha and the best part is he said he has all the parts he needs.

I thought as much. Interestingly enough, the owner of the Z Tune here in Australia orginally wanted the HKS Driving Performer R34 GTR but when we contacted HKS we were told that alot of the parts were one off's and were not available for sale. He didn't want the car unless it was identical.

Richard, That top secret built R34 GTR... is that a customer car or a demo car owned by the company??? I'm guessing it's a customers car if it's regisatered in Shinagawa in Tokyo?
