  1. Saw gold ARX on Whitehorse road Box Hill about 3:15pm today being driven by what appeared to be a 'very' elderly gentleman . Pulled up next to me - didn't even move his head when i was trying to give him the thumbs up. Car was stock as a rock .....must admit at first glance i did think it was a Volvo but i think that was because i first saw the Senior citizen driving it. No offence intended, but doubt he would be on SAU (he was definitely around 70) - if you are - great!!!! If you're not - i hope you enjoy the boost!!!
  2. ETA is about right there! These are a special order which Ox are making for us - i was told 6 weeks from payment to have them completed, then allow another week or so for delivery. When we first contacted Ox they only had 1 in stock as they do now according to their website (bottom number in table next to first image is 'no. in stock'): http://www.oxmotorsports.co.jp/7_9.html As soon as we know more, either Craig or i will advise in this thread...
  3. Good luck finding a 60's badge from a Prince Skyline ...I have a number of them but won't part with them... Easy enough to get some 'Nissan Reproduced' Skyline script badges for a Hakosuka (pm me if you like) : Interesting you bring this up (as a V35 owner) - i saw one on the back of a V35 Coupe that we did an English translation on (in Melbourne)
  4. VIC - Spotted Silver NM35 AXIS on Cheltenham Road Keysborough (near Parkmore shopping centre??) going towards Dandenong at around 1:30pm.
  5. Hi All, I'm selling my Impul ECU to suit VQ25DET engines - This is the right one for the NM35's Stagea.... Very hard to find..only been a couple pop up for sale in last couple of years (in Japan) Paid $800 off a fellow forum member here. Looking for the same back Pickup (if in Melbourne) or post at your expense. Cheers
  6. Ring CAMS - they should put you on track. We enquired about the Prince GT ones with success.
  7. Adrian - what do you mean by A & S series? See you Wednesday!
  8. Paul - agree with what you are saying about some cars having legit odo readings.......most of the cars are actually 'wound back' or had their instrument clusted changed before going through the auction houses in Japan and before they are 'de-registered' in an attempt to fetch more $$$$. It is extremely easy to get a lower odo on these cars, and as most know, some import yards consistently have cars with 40,000 - 70,000km as Mr 20Valve had (not just M35's either - but all cars in their yards). So, the de-registration certificate will not necessarily tell you if the km's are true or not...... Agree with Craig - thorough self inspection if buying locally, or a well regarded and trusted broker/contact in Japan if buying from o/s with lots of pics requested......
  9. Welcome Peter... Can't wait to see the car (Prince GT) out on the track. We (The Register ) are all very much looking forward to it. Beechworth was such a long time ago although we did catch up with your folks at Lithgow. Congrats on the DR30 also. Probably going to be my next car as well - such a great car. Will look forward to the build updates with the DR... Cheers Jason
  10. Spotted three white M35's parked at Scotty's Customs in Melbourne this morning :
  11. If someone has the part number/s i can also get some prices direct from Japan...
  12. There was a blue one that went through (QLD) Pickles Acacia Ridge a couple of weeks ago also. Hit hard in the rear then obviously pushed into somethig else as front left was also slightly damaged. I did hear about the one in Sydney from Scotty - presumably the same one.....Scotty???
  13. What's the part number/s? I can make a few enquiries if you like? How many?
  14. Bazr let me know if you drop into Scott's i'll swing by if i can with my Impul.... you can test both if you like. When did you buy it off Yahoo??? I too hope you bought the right one? I've only seen three in Yahoo Japan over the last three or so months for an M35... 1 for a VQ25DET which was bought by someone else.... 1 for a VQ25DD which did sell about 3 weeks ago and the VQ35DE one currently on YAJ for a PM35
  15. Received my F Con Harness today Also bought a bonnet today Would probably look good on your car Craig....and it is already black!!!
  16. Tried to send you a pm also. Says you cannot receive pm's. Any further info on HR?
  17. Takero's (?) front bar Craig - surely that will match some of the bits coming? Just needs paint.....
  18. It's in the M35 Options Brochure (page 4) which i posted some time ago in this thread : http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/topic/293993-m35-stagea-sales-brochures-books/page__hl__m35+books
  19. I'm sure there will be plenty of pictures of it after tomorrow.....Come down to Dandenong Showgrounds for the Japanese Classic Car Show tomorrow and you will be able to see it in the flesh - as well as 15 or so Prince's along with some other ripper classic Skyline's..... . Let's not forget the other classic Japanese marque's.
  20. For those who aren't aware of the sitemap for the day, here it is: http://www.aomc.asn.au/Greaves12.pdf Should be a great day. See you all there!
  21. Haha...That was me in the Hako.......not mine though Although mine does currently live with the one i was driving!!! Did you see the Prince GT's as well?? Drove a couple of them around the block also! Nothing like a quick round-the-block!!! Went down Downard Street first, then on the way back there were about 20 people standing out the front of a factory giving the wave and thumbs up - Only drove it for around 10 minutes or so - amazing the number of people who stopped and looked Gave it a quick clean also for Sunday's Jap Classic day although it is not being driven there!! If only it was the real GT-R
  22. Don't know how many C110's will be there, but there will only be 1 KGC10 there!
