  1. Rather do things right the first time.. Don't want to end up with another set of terrible coilovers..
  2. Will check them out, seem like they haven't had much feedback on the internet. Do either of you guys run them?
  3. Where can these be purchased? Have you used them personally?
  4. Just seem the same as BCs, kind of want to step up a tier. Budgeting $1800
  5. Respectable height, but would like the option to change damping. Why the super streets over the flex? Is this the Monopro version? Cheers.
  6. I'm fully aware of BC coilovers and have owned the V1s in the past and was not overly impressed.
  7. Hi guys, About to buy some new coilovers to replace the ones that came with my car which ride horribly and the damper adjustment is stuck on full hard... Tossing up between - Cusco Street Zero A's - 8/6kg HKS Hipermax IV - 7/5kg Tein Street Flex - 7/5kg Planning on occasional track day, I'm used to a firm ride but my current ones are to a point where I struggle with traction.. Front/Rear sway bars and suspension arms are also on the cards to get everything dialled in for plenty of grip. Any other recommendations welcomed. Car is R34 GTT with hicas. Cheers.
  8. Lower your start boost, if it's the same as my controller that is way too high. Change it to 2psi or 0.10 bar.
  9. Hnnnng. I'm yet to see a good R34 GT-T meet in perth..
  10. Have a look in the troubleshooting guide which is in the document posted previously, try lowering your start boost. Put it all the way down to near 0 if you can, if that doesn't make a difference, lower the gain until it no longer exceeds your wanted boost.
  11. It doesn't list on their site that they do a 71?
  12. Hi guys, I recently replaced my CAS and when I put it back on and attempted to set up the timing with a timing light, I noticed there were only two marks on the pulley? Which mark is which? Car is a r34 GT-T Cheers.
  13. I don't think it needs to be blocked off, as this is where the air that is bled exits I assume.
  14. Interested in the 73 as the 76s seem to make more power than I need.
  15. Car is fixed, swapped over the CAS and it fired right up and no misfiring up top Still slight misfire/pops on idle and low rpm but this must be unrelated.
  16. Plan is after a nistune I'm doing BC BR coilovers and front and rear swaybars, then look at doing a turbo upgrade. Thinking GT3076r as I want to just hit 300kw with the most response possible. Just fixed my car finally, wouldn't start when hot and would misfire up top. Replaced the CAS and it's all fixed! Wooooh. I would love Defi's if they weren't so expensive!
  17. Yep, just how he has said it. The diagram on page 9 gives a good graphical representation.
  18. So what's the definitive answer on turbo choice to reach this cute little club with the most response possible? On boring 98 that is, with supporting mods ect ect. I'm thinking GTX3071? Just want to touch 300 or just under, typically seeing 290kw ish @20 psi on this turbo. Anything better suited?
  19. There is a nipple on the left hand side of the intake manifold, it already has a hose on it running to a small black box in the top left hand side of the engine bay (if you are standing at the front of the car looking into the engine bay). Tee it off that line and boost away.
  20. Yea I'll do it eventually after I get a tune and decide if I want to stick in a AFR meter alongside oil/water temp.
  21. Awesome, going to get some sooner or later Cheers, absolute PITA to keep clean... never again.
  22. Glad you approve of the floor mats haha. Reckon you could fit 60mm? I like the larger dials.
