GTR brembos bolt onto most performance nissans of the same era whilst evo brembos dont bolt onto anything at all. evo brembos are much better though, and can cost around the same as GTR brembos. but be careful because the design of the adapters for evo brembos with the 320mm rotors aren't good: http://www.ao-ps.com/techinfo/evobrembobrakesandadapterdesigns.php

Assuming you have a standard R33 rear brake setup; 2 pot rears with 297mm rotors, by going to a 322mm rotor you'd be increasing the diameter by 25mm, which is 12.5mm in radius... in which case you'll have a hard time moving the standard lug-mount caliper by such a small amount. There's a few other issues that need to be addressed as well. Having said that we have been doing lots of Nissan brake-related work at work, looking at better upgrades than the usual GTR brembo upgrade or the bigger rotor + caliper spacer upgrade but without spending toooo much money and managed to design something similar to what you're thinking but it's yet to be be put through a good workout.

Measure the distance from opposite mounting holes and I'll check mine out for you.

I find that usually the most reviews you'll get on various coilovers is "they are/aren't harsh on rough sydney/melb/bris/whatever roads and they handle mad" which is fair enough since most people only buy these types of things once. The buddy club "racing specs" are meant to at the better end of the jap lineup; the shocks have a wider range of adjustment that actually does something and are digressive. KW is meant to be good suspension too and I'd like to try out a set of clubsports one day...

That doesn't sound like warping, probably more uneven pad deposits on the rotor which got cleaned up over time and now you're back to smooth braking.
