  1. Hey guys thanks for the replies. No information on the highflow as I got it off a friend a while ago and it was just sitting around for a while so I put it in. It starts building boost at around 3,000rpm. I might drop the exhaust and take it for a run and see if that helps as i don't really want to spend money on a wastegate get it re tuned and then to find it's still laggy.
  2. QUESTION Basically I am running a rb25neo op6 highflow on my r34, the spring in my wastegate is to soft and my boost controller is working overtime so my car was only tuned to 13psi (215rwkw). It's not hitting full boost till 5,000rpm is this due to the boost being so low, if I was to get a 1bar spring in the wastegate and get it retuned to 18 or so psi will it hit full boost sooner? Basically I want full boost by 3,500rpm thats why i went with a highflow but if its still going to be laggy might go the ATR43 road. Yes I have all supporting mods
  3. For any one having trouble getting the colour "Tungsten" I just ordered some from Autobarn they no longer stock the powerpluss brand but they do have an equivalent. You just have to ask and they order it in for you.
  4. If your looking for a direct replacement get a nismo fuel pump it just plugs into the existing wiring and is mounted on its own bracket which just slides into the same spot where the old one was mounted. Have not had any problems with mine when I have had a low tank
  5. I daily my 34 it's only a GTT but and its only 15mins to my work and no stop start traffic. Its moderately modified (340rwhp) I only really boost it on the weekends and get about 500km to a tank. Now here is the catch I drive my parents 2010 WRX sometimes yeah its some what quick but it just doesn’t cut it for me. You only get about 500km to a tank in the WRX as well. Servicing on both is about the same as well, personally I love my skyline and it still puts a smile on my face every day I drive it. Just do what makes you happy life is to short to drive boring cars.
  6. Nice car you will be very happy with a Nistune I got one and it was the best money I ever spent should be able to push the standard turbo up to 12psi. This thing would be a handful in them Canadian winters.
  7. turns out it was the engine immobiliser works fine now
  8. and yes i have primped the pump a lot and fuel is defiantly getting to the engine
  9. the car has an alarm system do you think somehow by doing this the immobiliser is stopping it from starting?
  10. yep was running fine before this and yes all i did was the fuel pump. By not ticking over i mean it doesn't even attempt to start nothing. I have a nistune but surly this wouldn't effect it to the point of the car not turning on
  11. ok fuel is getting to the engine cause i unplugged the fuel filter and turned the car on to full accessories and a heap of fuel came out?
  12. yep 3 lines 1xcircle shaped line = black 1xelbow shaped line = orange 1xeblbow shaped line = yellow joined them all back correctly back to black orange to orange yellow to yellow so can't see how that is wrong hmmmmm?
  13. Nope my fuel lines are marked so that wouldn't happen
  14. So I bought a nismo fuel pump for my r34 gtt pretty straight forward installation as its a direct replacement pump. Put everything back together went to start the car and wait for it nothing. Can hear the pump priming but the engine isn't ticking over at all. Any ideas? Nothing is leaking pump is priming so why isn't it starting? Going to have another looking in the morning so hopefully i can work it out. Thanks
