  1. fcvk that... i value my life!!! ive sent a email around, just waiting for responses and will see if i can organise a few more teams
  2. oooooo only just saw this topic... i know some mates who might be keen, we have done it before but had 4 drivers and was a 4 hour event (that was a hard fvcking slog) just to confirm its a 1.5 hour race with practice and qualifing first? whats the go if it rains?!?
  3. that is without doubt one of the stupidest things i have seen written on this forum...
  4. yes its your fuel pump that is causing the "problem" try turning your ignition on without starting the car... allow the pump to prime and put pressure in the rail and then try and start should start first time
  5. that drive through was a disgrace! WELL DONE WEBBER hopefully the bad luck is now gone and he has a good season... he is still a chance at the championship
  6. i ripped out all my hicas and air con as well... there is a lot of weight between the two of them saying that it was a shit job for me as the engine was in the way!
  7. i would not be impressed with you at all if i was the s2000 driver... i would not be impressed with myself if i was you...
  8. if your a girl and are alergic to power?!? and no the 6-boost is not worth it
  9. will be very interested in this build as well my 32 is slowly coming along atm... not going to rip as much weight out as you but looking at having around 260rwkw so that might help me along a bit!!! do both front and rear r32 gtr swaybars fit?!? i was considering whitelines (i know cusco are lighter and stiffer but im a jew)
  10. thanks, ill check it out when i can... nissansilvia.com seems to be down atm
  11. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SVUekHmY87M
  12. i spoke to adam not long ago and he had finally pulled down the engine and it turned out it didnt melt a piston but merely lifted the head the only time i have seen a rb20 breathe is when they have a problem internally... otherwise i think roy may be onto something here
  13. 65sec long or short track?!? if its long track thats not a bad time at all... if its short track you have problems
  14. i find it funny that people are debating which is a better ecu... all ecu's are very very basic in their functions, i would actually call most of them dumb!!! most aftermarket ecu's struggle to run a factory car better than a factory ecu. you can have all the functions in the world, but if you only use the ecu to change fuel and timing... whats the point of spending the bigger dollars?!?
  15. pulled the whole lot out on the weekend! weighed it (23kgs) so its definately not going back in the car now i just need a replacement bit of perspex, anyone done anything similar to this?!?
  16. my d-jetro was hitting cell 20 at around 1.4-1.5 bar boost, i didnt care... more BOOOOST
  17. excellent argument... were you in the debate team in high school?
  18. plus silvia 15's are 4 stud and r32 gts4 are 5 stud
  19. i guess thats better than some cars in perth running close to 500rwhp and trapping at 118mph 126.5mph might squeeze you into a 10 but you will need decent tyres i think there have been a few 32's in perth that have run 10's at 127mph
  20. thats a bit xtreme haha go os triple plate unsprung, one of the best clutches i have driven with i didnt even have my clutch booster working and it was fairly light under foot and driveable plus its designed to take decent hp, ive heard quad plates are also very good, but with gt-ss thats getting a little carried away
  21. he said as the valve guide dropped into the bore jks have heaps of fun and take some happy snaps
  22. yeah, its a snapped speedo cable... they do it all the time i think they are about $150 from nissan. should take about a hour to swap over
  23. i had gtr with t04z and 575rwhp had 235/45/17 nangkang ns2 on 17x9 buddy clubs handled the power and put it down well, not the greatest tyre in the world but very cheap... more than enough grip around the corners on the street to loose your licence suspension work plays a huge part... wind camber out of the rear and get some angle in your subframe and it will work wonders!
  24. but your graph means nothing without reference power numbers... its appears like a nice curve, but that doesnt mean it is a nice curve
