  1. Looking for: radiator radiator support bumper quarter panels headlights PM me with idems you want to get rid of, OR places in VIC I can get this stuff from (without being ripped a new one ) Cheers, Doug
  2. Yeah, that's what I used to think... but now my 'bad girl' is 5 months PREGNANT and BAD GIRL and MOOD SWINGS DON'T MIX. (True Story) Wardest... WTF should I do? A carefully planned fall down the stairs? Hug her too tight in my sleep? (Actual Fact is I love her and will stay with her, but just want to see response)
  3. You should be fine. I'm raced stock WRXs and slightly mod'd WRXs in my old ladies 4WD (13 yo Nissan Patrol, with a slightly worked RB30). The WRX 'MAY' beat you off the line, but after that the 4x4 is just dead weight.
  4. NNNNNNOOOOOOOOOOO, it's my g/f's mum's birthday and I promised I would be there!!! Damn her for bring born! damn her! /RANT have fun guys, do a skid for me
  5. that's another good one... No Root, No Ride. I'm used to being used for my car... my g/f is pregnant (can you leave work and drive me here / there) but hey... I've only got myself to blame for knocking her up. But I'm past all of it with my friends... I used to be they wanted me to drive them everywhere, but in my Coupe I gave them short shift and said that "it's too much hassle getting in and out the back seats". NOW one of my mates in particular want's to borrow my car! The only problem I can see is that I don't want to put him under my insurance... he has no idea what POWER is (he drives and old FORD UTE), and he'll right my skyline off on the first corner as his UTE hadles like a barge! My car automatically locks the doors after 30sec, or after travelling 25km/h as some kind of anti-car-jack thing... and I'd stick by the NRNR rule... but bottom line is I have to be faithful as my g/f is pregnant... and one other thing... Does the NRNR rule STILL HAVE TO APPLY when you're driving family members somewhere... sound's like a case for Jerry Springer

    R34 Cop CAR!!!!

I'd drag it... but after I did... "him and his mad scientist would have to rip about the block and replace the piston rings I'd fried" - Just to stay on the F&F theme.
  7. you got any pics? where do these connect to... do I need to buy Z32 AFMs to make the connection? thanks,
  8. Will you ship interstate? how much is shipping to melbourne? interested... thanks,
  9. Yes in melbourne... but vehicle is no longer for sale (as per my last post) MOD: can you please lock / remove this thread
  10. when were you thinking... can be for about a fortnight as I'm help Katie move this weekend (didn't get all the crap last weekend)... the I work the weekend after! Maybe Sunday 26th... that's prob the earliest I can do for you ?
  11. I've done the same. Driving *quickly* down a back street with round-abouts and seen a cop waiting to my left... whacked it into 2nd and did a MASSIVE compression lockup through the round-about and kept driving... about 10-15 minutes later (he was following me), he pulled my up and asked what happened! I tell him "being a P plate driver and the way society is these days... I crapped myself when I saw you sitting there and changed into the wrong gear !" He bought it and let me go... telling me to take it easy and enjoy the day
  12. car is no longer for sale found out my g/f is pregnant and need to start saving for another skyline fan (I'll turn the kid into one)! sorry to all those that enquired, for the record I live in templestowe / ringwood / roweville (depending onn day of the week ) Guilty: NO, my old mans GTR is not for sale... 'specially for $17k Thanks to all the enquired, and once again... sorry but the vehicle is no longer for sale
  13. I use a mixture of anything... when you need petrol, you can't be too picky My old man has problems with Optimax in his GTR though! I was tuned with Synergy 8000, and has no problems with BP Ultimate or Caltex Vortex... but whack a tank of Optimax in it and he gets master engine warming lights that flicker on and off, and the occassional miss! All this hype about shells new fuel... the only time I use it is when I have 'discount dockets' & can't afford to pay the extra 4c/l somewhere else
  14. It's mine... *evil laugh* All mine thanks matt
  15. they will fit R33GTSt, but I wouldn't go any wider... I *think* you can put 9.5's on the back with 265, but anything else will stick out of the wheel arch! post some pics please... interested
  16. yes, if you want to replace the head-lights and bonnet also otherwise no... it's not a straight swap
  17. 1) Get a multi meter 2) When you cross 2 of the wires you should get a reading of 10ohm or less... these are the heater wires 3) When you cross the 3rd wire with anything else... it should read 'open circuit'... this 3rd wire is the signal / sensor wire ! just F.Y.I ... Thanks Bozz !
  18. COMMODORE TURBO TIMER http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi...&category=43808 MASS DESTRUCTION T28 http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi...&category=43808 Just a few 'Performance' Items from www.ebay.com.au that I found while 'working'... nah, really I'm bored, but ssshhhhhhh... don't tell the boss first one is a TT from a commonwhore... fair enough, might use on a VLt, and the 2nd... BEHOLD the TURBO OF MASS DETRUCTION... a T28 ! any other stuff people have found that is so obviously out of place? come on, make my day that bit more enjoyable... not that work doesn't get interesting or anything
  19. I have an O2 Sensor from a RB30, and there are 3 wires... here is the problem : What are the wires for? 1x Yellow Wire 1x Black Wire 1x Red Wire Black and red and not power wires are they... this is standard + / - stuff, but I wouldn't think that the sensor would require external power? Is the Yellow wire the signal wire, and the other 2 heater wires? What is the Yellow Wire for... any help would be V. handy ! Thanks guys... I await speedy reply's
  20. the 'oscillating' is cause by the car nearly stalling, then the 'anti-stall' kicking in and injecting more petrol to prevent it! It takes the ECU a second or two to get it's head around the situation and even out the revs! I had the same problem and my car would occassionally stall! All I did was turn up the idle a bit and it works fine now... nothing outrages, just enough to stop it 'hunting' up and down the rev range!
  21. MattyB... I agree ! I 'granny drive' when there is someone else in the car (even if it's a mate egging me on), because I don't want to be responsible for anything happening to them ! On the other hand, I used to give my car a bit of stick when I was alone, but I have a pregnant g/f now and I don't want my kid to grow up without a Father ! Plus, last Friday 3/10/2003, my Gran was burried. Death is a VERY sad part of life, but a part that will affect us all in one way or another... Condolences to Jame's family and friends... RIP
  22. I swear that if you were in Vic I'd help fund the project I want to do the same thing to my g/f's Corona (81 model I think)! Holden 1.9 ltr engine and 3 speed trimatic... take it above 70km/h and the thing whines and starts shaking apart I reckon a 2ltr turbo... or a V8 would do the trick quite nicely, but need to wait to gather all the parts before her old man and I have a crack at it good luck FATZ, if I get this beast up and running I'll come up to NSW and own you down the Creek! Prepare yourself for 28 seconds of ownage FATZ... LOL Good Luck and keep us posted !
  23. Sounds good, either option is fine with me! AusCarts Website : http://www.auscarts.com.au/ Has more info on Whereabouts and other Misc stuff ! Cheers
