  1. School holidays? This is such a typical thread, P plater comes here all hotted up asking for advice and when they're given a legitimate answer that they don't like they just lose their shit, also who asked about your income? ANYWAY Owned and drove a skyline on my P's, was slow(as expected), cops loved it but i had a much more mature attitude than you seem to have and i never had a problem Buy what you want, money seems to be no problem
  2. Shame this month is already over! - Lets get a good thread going in may
  3. Took a few photos at the Queensland drift matsuri, haven't really touched them since i shot them but this kinda got me motivated to edit a few haha. Used to love my camera and photography but let it go for a while, kinda getting back into it Sorry about the watermarks
  4. Sorry for the late reply The lenses are stock, however you can split the glass from the housing and paint the insides black
  5. We need better driver education, have people understand the risks rather than just slamming them with fines, that only works for some people and just like drink driving people still do it after getting caught. But i guess that costs money..
  6. You don't need GTR Calipers and rotors, just get new rotors and pads and give the brakes a bleed. You're over complicating this
  7. Hey thanks for the information Tyrone, I'm in the process of planning my japan trip at the moment and appreciate the info
  8. Can't say i've used one, but one is on my list of things to buy and like you I've heard only positives about their products!
  9. I had a similar issue and it was because there was some shit gunked up somehow in the needle assembly, i ended up swapping dashes and it worked perfectly so try that
  10. I have a GT-R kitted GTS-T I more or less refuse to put a GT-R badge on it for reasons stated above, it's not a GT-R and never will be, even if i was to put an RB26 in, it's just not (unfortunately) end of the day it's your car, do what you like but that's my 2c In saying that, a lot of people, and i mean a LOT of people that aren't as cluey to pick up the rear guards do think it's a GT-R which is quite funny, I've even had GT-R owners compliment my "GT-R" lol it's sad however how much their tone changes when i say it's a GTS-T
  11. As much as i hate seeing them, the current falcon highway patrol cars look really good, especially in white
  12. In theory yes, but i did this about 2 weeks ago and the auto spigot was almost sitting flush with the crank, i could hardly feel the lip with my finger let alone get any tension on it with a tool or puller or anything, drove me absolutely insane I'd suggest drilling one or more holes in the front face of it horizontally in line with the engine to weaken the circle and then caving it in on itself from the top. I tried just chiseling it, but being a perfect circle very tightly pressed into a hole it's incredibly supported/strong and you'll find it will either chip the spigot or your chisel! Wish i knew that before starting mine, almost went insane lol
  13. Looks great, nice work!
  14. yep!! just gotta wait for my full licence test before i can enjoy it hahah
  15. Looking a bit battered but first pic after turbo swap!
  16. oh wow. shows how out of the loop i am lol
  17. Auto spigot was an absolute bitch to get out, either use the grease method, or drill into the sides of it and cave it into itself with chisel and pull it out. I tried to use a 3 jaw puller on it, but there wasn't enough of a lip for it to grab, drilling into it and caving it in on itself however worked perfectly
  18. I don't see the problem with it at all, it's entertainment, what next? taking the cheerleaders away from the footy? ha! good luck But then again we live in a time where everyone is offended by everything ever, even if they have no involvement with it at all
  19. I know you're probably looking for second hand parts/a bargain but a brand new nissan fan shroud is not that expensive from RHDjapan and or kudosmotorsports if you can't wait for shipping from japan http://www.rhdjapan.com/nissan-oem-radiator-fan-upper-shroud-21476.html
  20. bump
  21. Forgot to mention that i replaced both the engine and gearbox mounts with nismo items!
  22. Had a few productive days on the car, going a little insane but that's alright Tapped the old throwout bearing off Pressed the new one on and greased the appropriate surfaces Got the clutch and related bits together New Nissan Clutch Master cyl (Greddy Plenum in R32 with RB25 Clearance issues, apparently) New Clutch kit New Nismo Pivot Ball New ARP Flywheel Bolts New Nissan Clutch bolts New Spiggot While the engine was out i decided to install a GKtech solid steering spacer, mine was in surprisingly good condition already, but i thought it was a good idea while the engine was out! I also replaced my steering rack bushes, they where haggard.. Should feel much better up front with both of those done! I put the new engine in, got my dad to give me a hand with that haha.. Engine wired up and pumps mounted it was time for bed
  23. Haha interested to see how this goes..
  24. He does! im very lucky to be able to use it! never believed an engine crane would be so easy to operate on a flat floor lol!
