The .6 ar covers can be bought from Garrett. Its too funny of a mix to be Nismo released imo. Still leaning towards a custom built but by who no idea.

They arent CA housing sizes, Not even the ones that came with inconel turbines. Any markings and the appearance of the housings would help. They could be highflowed GTR turbo's and have been tagged in Japan as it definately isnt a Nissan released tag from Garrett or Hitachi. Its a bit hard to tell without seeing them :

You are after thread sizes and bolt length ? ^R33_KRAZY There is a Banjo bolt in the block and a straight pipe feed return line that clamps on. Just have the braided line made up to suit both banjo bolts on the block and on the top of the turbo oil feed line. If you want any further guidance just shoot me a pm and i will send you a picture to help

Tomei also sell .9mm restrictors which is what i am using on my 3026 they are about $10 plus delivery each For even oil distribution it is better to restrict both of the holes rather then blocking one completely off. But for a rb25 not as important.

The ported holes are there to assist in reducing compressor surge so that the air enters the compressor housing around the compressor not through it. They are also meant to help stabilise the shaft when at high shaft speeds to help reduce turbulance which creates vibrations. They are there to help at a very high level of boost and if boost preasure is run outside the capacity of the compressor wheel creating surge then the vacuum effectivly bypasses the air through the comp ports and past the compressor wheel.
