  2. Rb20 and GTR Pete Sorry forgot to add that in origional post lol I have not heard anything from the origional buyer so if im not contacted it will go to 2nd in line it is a very popular cooler
  3. I havnt been envolved in Off Road racing for a couple of years but if you want to enter class 5 in a full body car and you are changing the engine, use a lexus 4ltr v8 Reliability of these engines regardles of abuse is amazing. As far as im aware the origional body shape must remain but everything else as long as they remain rwd can be changed. I used to follow this car around being attatched somewhat to the family. Class 1 with a Stock Toyota 3SGTE Its awesome fun What car do you plan on using?
  4. All right, Beatrice, there was no alien. The flash of light you saw in the sky was not a UFO. Swamp gas from a weather balloon was trapped in a thermal pocket and reflected the light from Venus.
  5. lies They are not capable of creating such power or anywhere close to that. Compressor wheels in them are the same size nearly all the way through as a standard 25 turbo and the turbine is only fractionally larger in the v11 and 12 OP6 VG30 housings. Remember also that they are still ceramic turbines and love detatching themselves from the shaft under a boost seting such as 15 psi.
  6. The condition of them cant really be seen. The only indication really is mechanical like small misfires etc or on the coilpacks themselves there will be a whitish burning on the sides. This usually comes well and truely after they are stuffed and your having huge misfire problems and changing plugs every 500 kays wondering whats going on
  7. I is got millions :sorcerer:
  8. Got bump
  9. Mine came with an eject button but it doesnt have a sunroof
  10. What ze fick Someone is going to get stabbed muhahahah Can i get a lift off someone aswell now ? :lol:
  11. Series 1.5 The coils you have in the engine at the moment appear to be series 2 coils that have the ignitor on board the coilpack. Pretty rare that they are in a skyline so early. This is more than likely why you were sent series 1 coils. Do the current coils have a carbon rod inside instead of the little copper coil like the splitfires do? As these were the transition between the 2. The splitfires you have are series 1 coils and will not work. You can see in picture 2 that the coil has the added step. You will require SF-DIS-005
  12. Agreed ++
  13. I think this one is most suited.
  14. hahaha Just look at the power of the NiSAAAAAAAN
  15. SF-DIS-001 are series 1 coils
  16. The series 1.5 also uses blue stickered 3 pin afm... Series 2 coil packs have the ignitor on them which you can tell by the addition of a step on the series 2 coils that has IB G +1 on them like in this picture i took The Series 1 coils do not have this step as the ignitor is on the engines valley cover. If your car is a 94 model then you should require Series 1 coils with model number SF-DIS-001 As Series 2 coils were only put on cars after January 1995 on the late model series 1.5 model number SF-DIS-005
  17. Happy birthday Grandad

  21. Or Buy Clubby seats already in leather ?
  22. I dont think so. 2 Banjo bolts for oil feed need to be drilled and the restrictor removed from the oil line. Cost is nothing if they are sent to us and less then $20 if an engineer does them. Doesnt sound hard or THAT costly to me. Also when we can provide banjo bolts we do otherwise the standard bolts on the current turbo can be modified and used as per the instructions provided with the turbo's. Now assuming that you have no association with GCG i really dont know what gain you will have from this. So i will put the offer to you also. If you would like to send through your GCG turbo to us then we will back to back test it on a car up here. There is something about it that doesnt sound right. Instead of asking me for a contribution why not ask for payment? Im happy to send you a turbo, pay for your time and have you send the turbo back. I feel a little more security this way knowing that GCG wont be finding out the internal specifications of the turbo. From the results we have seen so far any publicity has been good publicity. So if you would like to pm me or even calll me on my number listed below to discuss this like last time then im more than happy to.
  23. This was discussed with Gary and i were more than happy to send him a turbo to do back to back comparisons. However Gary fell through and i heard no more. A couple of facts to consider between the two. Journal bearing vs ball bearing - this is a small factor when considering power at this level of turbocharging. If comparing the VG30 housings with 45 v1-4 then this will not be a factor. The OP6 VG30 housing will be used by myself and GCG's unit im sure. The main things to consider are: Compressor wheels used. Turbine's used. These will determin the main outcome for power made, boost efficiency and how quickly they come on boost. Not knowing what GCG use and them not knowing what we use will obviously be a resulting factor in two different outcomes. I am more then happy to provide a turbo for the back to back test but what is on most peoples mind is the main diffference being ball bearing and journal. With different specifications between the two there will be no true outcome of which is greater with the Journal vs bb debate. At the end of the day one will cost under $900 and the other around $1900? If Gary would like to arrange to provide specifications of the GCG highflow i am more than happy to make a replica in journal bearing so we can really see the differences. Two Garrett Part numbers is all i need.
  24. From personal experiance i think the numbers speak for themselves when comparing two turbo's in particular with cost vs outcome
