I've got the GTR front bar + reo with the Bliitz return flow intercooler setup. Works well.

Are you only having this problem when it's dead cold? for example after it's sat overnight? It may also be worth checking your AAC Valve. Give that a clean also.

Bolts straight up using the supplied brackets on my R32. Did you notice a difference after the install?
