I'm not a mechanic but to me it sounds like it. In other cars Ive owned it would be the first thing I'd look at. Get confirmation tho. I'd not go over 10-12 psi on stock otherwise things like old turbs, and head gaskets go pop, bottom end troubles etc...... Your a DIY so once confirmed pull the head off, get it fully serviced and shaved (800 or so ) Then get yourself an aftermarket metal head gasket and some ARP head stud bolts.

Early risers are already up this morning.

I was at Hill climb for an hour then the Texi for an hour and then off to Cotter. Did not see Mik or Rob or Eric Awesome drive the back way to Tharwa and yes - then Uncle Dans for woodies and to GF's. Got home and cleaned the girl good (and got more wood !)ies.....

Was out at Cotter at 12.05 and no-one was there kents Checked all car parks too. Then went out the back road to Tharwa and it was fun
