  1. Search and search and keep searching, then search some more. In 2 years from now you should still be searching, if not your not searching hard enough. Good luck with the search.
  2. So your ecu is now controlling boost? If yes, then either the target and duty cycle settings aren't set right or the boost control valve is incorrectly plumbed. Best to get the problem sorted now, so when you do your upgrades its one less thing to worry about.
  3. 6's wouldn't be a good idea for track work, would they?
  4. I was using 7's but fouled a set after only a few k. Probably due to letting the car idle too long with the ac on during the summer. I've recently been running 6's and changing to 7's when tracking. I'll go back to 7's and see what happens. CBF changing plugs all the time.
  5. I avoid the wife disapproval problem by telling her I got all this stuff for an absolute steal. It worked for a while. She now hates anything Nissan but at least I managed some upgrades[emoji1]

  9. I had an issue with my dashcam. Nothing like yours but I was getting annoying radio interference. I ended up changing the power supply socket to a good quality belkin one I had lying around and my problem was solved. I would suggest trying that as it is a cheap item to replace and check.

  13. Things are gonna get very interesting with that beast of a turbo bolted on. As far as your current graph, looking at the boost, it's spiking to aound 1.1 bar and then dropping straight off and ends up at 0.5 bar in top end. Your boost controller is not working or setup properly. What is controlling boost, Ecu or stand alone boost controller?

    If your current turbo is stuffed, yes it will be worth it as u don't really have another option other than brand new Nissan or roll the dice with second hand (not advisable in a stag, due to difficult access for removal). I would suggest the smallest possible high flow. That should work well with stock setup. It will be a little laggier but that's the way it goes. Before you do anything, get a proper diagnosis. You don't want to be waisting money on things that aren't required. If it is indeed your wastegate stuck open, that will be the issue of no boost and the turbo itself is probably fine. I had a similar issue on a different car and it wouldn't make boost until 5k rpm. Fixed the waste gate issue and was boosting perfectly again. Good luck.
