Weather should be good over there now. Time to go to the track and show us some time slips. We can sit here and argue for an eternity or u can do a few a few passes and u will then either be crowned the king of -5's or be flamed for the rest of your days. Good luck either way [emoji3]

255/45/17 Instead Of 255/40/17 ?
admS15 replied to KrazyKong's topic in Suspension, braking and tyres
^I seriously doubt they will be anywhere near as good as re050a. They have a hardness rating of 140 which is quite soft and come out as factory tyres on many performance cars such as ss commondores all the way through to some Ferrari's, believe it or not. They where my favourite street tyre until I started tracking. There is also many different versions of them and they have been around for quite a while now but are still in production. Anyways, they are an awesome tyre, especially when you get them cheap. You definitely scored when you bought that pair. I suppose if the kuhmos are no good, you can always just skid them out of existence -
R34 Gtt Brake Improvement Without Breaking The Bank

My a1rm's are also pretty quiet. They do start to squeal a bit after a track day but then settle down again after a few days of street driving. quite dusty though. -

Bad experience? I was considering taking my shitty 33 gtst there for a few minor repairs as most of the cars I have seen come out of there seem to have been done well. Pm me if you prefer.

255/45/17 Instead Of 255/40/17 ?
admS15 replied to KrazyKong's topic in Suspension, braking and tyres
I was just having a look at the pricing of re003 in 18", quite reasonably priced for say a 245/40/18 at 250 each b4 offer but then you look at a 265/35/18 which is what I run and its a whopping 409 each. Wtf. I was liking the sound of the pricing on these until I saw that. Back to the drawing board for my next tyre. Lol. -
