  1. Who needs an ecu. Twin Holley 1150 dominators tuned by ear. Cas problem solved.

  3. Take it to a tuner familiar with haltech and get him to put it on the dyno and diagnose and adjust as required. You will then get a clear picture of what your dealing with.
  4. Yes your car comes with a narrow band 02. Even if you had a wideband it takes around 30 secs to warm up, so it wouldn't be used on initial start up. Your narrowband should be active at idle and at light load cruise. To check that your factory 02 is still there and connected have a look for it. It should be fitted into the dump pipe off the back of the turbo.

  9. Gotta agree with you on this one. I test drove a r33 with a hks 2540 when I was car shopping and it hauled some arse. I couldn't believe this was the same turbo everyone rubbishes. On an sr20 though its a pile of shit. I think this is where the bad rep comes from.
  10. I have found 1 good use for remote start. On a really hot day I start the car a few minutes b4 I finish work so the ac can cool the cabin down when I hop in. Obviously the climate control has to be on when the car is switched off. Otherwise it is pretty useless. Was a feature that my cars alarm system had when I bought the car. I wouldn't have paid to fit it, that's for sure.

  12. Maybe u check afm and google rb25det stalling and u can find answer, maybe u can also take back to shit mechanic and tell him u no have this problem b4 he touch and he can fix for u
  13. Turbo timer fault at a guess. Since you want to keep it, maybe look for a bad earth somewhere or try fitting a replacement one to rule it out. Good luck.
