  1. Rian, it needs to come to me, but you can drop it off at SST if that is more convinient:D Most of us will be entering the Expert Class, which means that street tyres are used, and depending on number of cylinders and whether you have 4WD or RWD depends on which sub-category you enter. If you want to run slicks then it will put you into the Pro class, which will put you up against some really big hitters.
  2. Good luck Kyles, I'm sure with all the things you've learnt over the years coming to SAU cruises you'll have no problem passing your test;)
  3. Here is the entry form, download it, fill it in them get it back to me with $$ ASAP. Cheers Paul
  4. How much is it going for? We can get you a cheap turbo upgrade that will do a very nice job, and is an easy replacement, call SST for details.
  5. I think the best 60ft was only about 2.1, so plenty of room to improve the time, but better tyres are needed:D
  6. The cruise is on Sunday at 9am, so if your free let us know and you can car-whore with someone:D
  7. Yeah, I want to spin the wheels the entire way down the 1/4 while I do an 18second pass:D
  8. I see GTR's all the time, but never see any GTS-t's on the road, there very rare;)
  9. I'm hoping we can take it down next Wednesday again, with better tyres. I've just remembered I really like drag racing, and it's more fun in someone elses car;) I'm aiming to debut my car at Drag Combat, so I'll be cracking the whip with the guys at SST:D
  10. Thanks to MrMayhem for the link. I think you should all have a look at the bill, and then we'll all be better informed. http://www.parliament.wa.gov.au/parliament...8256E4D00241B18
  11. LOL@Fane. Yeah, I started off with a few 13.2sec passes at 113mph, but being a bit more aggressive off the launch, landed the 12.79 and a 12.89. The tyres were dreadful, and it was skating around even up at the top of the track:( But hell, it was my first ever 12second pass, so was fun:D
  12. Good luck with the sale Cam:D
  13. But I think Datto's with SR's will be eligible, and I know a couple quick ones:D Rian, I'll fax you a form, seeing as your email doesn't work:p
  14. These turbo's are similar to Aidwins, which has made 360rwhp at 17psi. His turbo isn't very laggy, on hard by 3500rpm. My GT30 is on hard by 4000rpm, and there are a few tricks we haven't used yet to make it spool quicker. No, the cops haven't hassled me about the screamer, YET (touch wood)
  15. Dan, Very glad that your ok, bummer about the car, but we'll make the next one even better:D
  16. Dave, We put a couple hi-flowed turbo's onto GTS-t's recently, with very nice results, call Simon at SST for details (9350 5444)
  17. Hi Abuse, Hope to catch up with you once you arrive:D
  18. RBVS, With the rules I have infront of me you wouldn't be eligible, as you have an engine that differs from the body, but there is a Holden's Vs Ford Class, I'll check to see if you can enter that:D Rian, Sending again.
  19. Shaun, It doesn't matter either way, as I've offered the same deal that I got for SAU to the Anti-lag guys, so if they get there forms in early to me then they can enter at the cheaper rate too:D
  20. Great news Liz, I'm very happy for you:grouphug:
  21. Ok, emails sent. LagWagon, If you have any other JapSpec guys that want to join us, and want to take up the cheaper offer then let me know. They will be more than welcome to join us.
  22. Yeah, I did think that $30 for viewing was steep, but it will be a properly run event, unlike Sports Compact last year, and with the $50 we pay it allows you to get someone else in as pit crew:D
  23. Emails coming your way in the morning. I'll need the money ASAP, thanks:D
  24. A decent gearbox, and some good tyres should see times tumble quite quickly:D
