I have braided oil lines, but solid water lines (new). Better off you get them made to length from a Hydraulic specialist.

Not just any engineer can signoff on mods, you have to have the relevant qualifications and experience, and also be approved by the Department of Planning and Transport. Look at IB-102 for the list of approved Engineer Signatories http://www.transport.wa.gov.au/licensing/1421.asp#vsb_forms

Sounds like fun, once you've been to the track it's easy to get hooked on it

Yeah, that does seem pretty cheap, might buy it myself as a daily +1 Bubba, get it checked by a workshop, i.e. leakdown test etc

Yes you do, and since taken over by the RAC they do ask to see it

Simple, don't take it to the track. In daily street driving the engine will last pretty well, but trackwork will kill it quick.

1. Occurs in all 26's, but tends to be worse in the R32s 2. Definately happens on the stock motor, it's about rpm rather than power.
